I was referred so I figured I would give it a shot. Absolutely horrific! I showed an inspo picture that way they knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted long, narrow and thin French tip. When I mentioned I didn’t like the French she gets up and grabs some else. The next lady comes and does a choppy job on the French. I’m so sad and upset I don’t even say anything. I pay $130.00 for mine and my daughters and will never return. The first picture is what I requested and the next is what I got . The last one was the white coming off. I just want to cry!!

Awesome place to go get nails done! They are very precise and pay attention to detail. They make sure you get what you want. Very few speak English but they definitely know how to take take of you!! Definitely recommend to anyone. They did way more to my nails as far as ensuring quality than any other place I've been to!! Went with a friend and she got the green

The last picture is what I asked for. as the white started being applied I advised the Tech that this was not what I wanted she then said that "this was the best she could do "upon completion i told the girl at the front that this was not what I wanted. They had no resolution for me and I was still charged $50 for this horrible service. Highly don't recommend.

Ma did my nails and y’all best set I’ve ever had. She talked to me the whole time and stayed engaged in conversation which was a blast! She filed my nails so perfectly and did exactly what I asked. Seriously best experience ever here in this town! 10/10 definitely best nail tech I’ve ever had

I was recommended to use Senses and I have not been disappointed! They are amazing! This is the second time I’ve gone and they have gone above and beyond!! They take pride in what they do, and are amazing! I highly recommend them!!

This was my first time coming and I had a lady take care of me from the jump when I had preferred a different color than what I had originally wanted. Her whole demeanor changed and she started being rude and not trying on my nails. In the end I calmly let her know that she was rude and the customer service was bad. Right away she turned to her coworkers and started talking loud and in her language which what I had assumed was about me and what I said . The manager got involved and instead of understanding me he was taking her side and telling me I wasn’t being respectful towards them. Which was not my intention at all I just didn’t appreciate how I was being treated. Like anyone would I felt very irritated and upset about this experience.

Visiting my daughter and I can't express how pleased I am with my nails and just the salon overall. Brittany did my nails - wish I could afford to travel to Amarillo everytime I need my nails done!! Great place, great service.
