Indulge Salon and Day Spa

My back was hurting last Friday and thought I would see if I could get a massage at Indulge Salon and Day Spa. I stopped by not knowing the closed at 5:00 pm on Fridays and the young lady who took my information said they could book me with Randi at 3:00 pm. I got a 90 min massage with her and my back felt amazing. I was wonderfully and pleasantly surprised by Randi's friendliness and thorough understanding of muscular anatomy. She was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. The rooms are very nice and quiet and relaxing and the music was also very relaxing. Over all she did an absolutely wonderful job and I went home with my back feeling much better wanting to come back again.

Nails by Savannah! She’s been doing my nails for over a year. She’s the best!! I get the poly gel, on my real nails, with gel polish! Highly recommend!

We had a perfect couple message experience at Indulge! Jaime and Alicia were incredibly professional and create a very calming and comfortable environment. Their technique is excellent - we highly recommend booking with them.

My husband gets us the couple massages for valentines. We will not be going again. Be careful with purchasing the seasonal packages they offer. Very disappointed customer! Response to your lies: Your response is a complete lie no one was yelling or making a scene. Now I see the kind of people you are. Good luck running a business in this manner. I didn’t even say the whole ordeal you put us through. I said be careful purchasing your packages….We showed up thinking we were getting the valentines special. We got done you we’re trying to offer your new special. You had which was same price we paid including the pedicure and lunch just like my husband purchased. We said no thank you we didn’t even get our pedicures or lunch today. The lady apologized and said your right we should have had pedicures but your schedule didn’t allow for it that day because you have no workers. So you scheduled us for another day we said fine we left happy. Then days later you canceled the appointment you scheduled for our pedicure and said oh our mistake again you didnt purchase pedicures. The right business thing to do at that point for our troubles and your wrongs would have been to keep the appt you made not take it away. You lost a customer over this. And I am glad to say we will not be back. I hope everyone stays clear of you. Especially for your lying. There was no scene and no one screaming. I guess you had to make something up to make yourself look good. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!!

The massage by Elyse was definitely out of this world. She released knots on me I didn’t know were even there! The blow out by Eddie was nice too. My pedicure however was a mess start to finish. There was no liner in the pedicure bowl & there were no colors to choose from. Like maybe 20? And they were all empty. They also didn’t use a towel on the part of the bowl where you set your feet. There were a lot of safety red flags. I even filed my toes myself because they were so uneven. I ended up with a smudged half finished mess. Can’t win them all!

Wonderful all around! Staff at the front desk (Sadie) very welcoming and friendly checking in/out and booking my next appointment. Massage was spectacular - therapist (Isabella) knew exactly what she was doing to target problem areas and communicated openly with me. The best massage I have had in a while. Happy to be a repeat customer.

Treated my fiancé to a body scrub, deep tissue massage, and sinus massage for his birthday and he enjoyed it very much!
