I had an amazing cut and color with ToniLynn! She was incredibly sweet and really took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve, while also explaining everything clearly along the way. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She was quick, efficient, and the results were beyond what I hoped for. I’m already excited to see her again! The salon itself was very clean, organized, and up to date. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, and I had a really positive experience. They also carry a great variety of products and the cutest little hair accessories, among other things. Definitely a wonderful salon for any service you may need.

I highly recommend this salon. I have been going to them for over 15+ years. Daniel is amazing, truly a creative artist and an educator if you like learning the why/how behind what he does. He always has ideas and is happy to execute big changes/different looks. He is great at collaborating if you have idea's of a direction you want to go but don't know how to get there. He is highly trained. His color application/placement/balayage is stunning. And he is the only stylist I have worked with that could successfully help me grown out my hair without giving up halfway there and chopping it all off. He exudes infectious energy and professionalism. He is a kind soul as well. Prior to going to Muse Salon and Spa and working with Daniel, I never stayed with a stylist for more than 2 years. I wanted change and often a stylist would just keep giving me the same look. The salon is very professionally run by Jodi. The staff is consistently helpful, talented, happy and welcoming. It's my happy place!

My first time seeing Jodi and My hair was a bit complicated, but She was Awesome! Jodi was prompt, professional, and personable! She took a lot of time to consult with me in detail with lots of questions to make sure she understood what I wanted for my hair. She explained it would take probably two visits to get to the final look, which I appreciate as she first and foremost had the integrity/health of my hair held above all. She was realistic about results, and she listened to what I WANTED. The root color, highlights, and tipping out the ends turned out lovely. I was also impressed that SHE made it a point to tell me that when I got home, if something wasn't right, etc., to let her know and she would be most happy to take care of it! All of that to me is the cement of professionalism and strong client building! My hair is long, and she did a great job trimming - not too much but enough to give it shape and life! Thank you, Jodi!

Jashly is amazing! I came in wanting a lived-in color with soft caramel tones, and she absolutely nailed it. The blend is so natural and effortless which is exactly the look I was going for! 💇‍♀️ She’s super easy to talk to and clearly knows her craft. Highly recommend💗

I am not a picky girl but when it comes to my hair — I certainly am. I’ve been coming to Larissa for a year now, she has been extremely comprehensive & works beautifully with my spontaneous curly hair + my hair has strengthened & shown so much growth!

I am honestly shocked by my experience at Muse. I’ve been coming here for many years and never thought I would be treated this way. My appointment was double-booked, and I was then placed with another stylist, Larissa. When I shared that I didn’t like how my hair was cut, she had a very bad attitude instead of trying to fix it. My hair was cut unevenly, and the blow-dry was poorly done. Even another stylist agreed that the haircut wasn’t done correctly and that her attitude was unprofessional. I shouldn’t walk into a salon excited and leave wishing I had never gone in the first place, but that’s exactly how I felt. What really pushed this experience over the edge was how Jody handled everything. He was extremely rude and dismissive, especially considering I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years. Being told "it’s okay, don’t come back" is not how loyal customers should ever be treated. After this experience, I will not be returning.

From the moment you walk into the salon you are met with the most friendly and professional people..folks who genuinely take pride in their jobs. I have been going to Lisa for years. She is nothing short of a great artist. In addition to being an amazing hair stylist she is also a great listener. She ia committed to work with you so you leave with the hairstyle you requested. I would be remiss if I did not mention Bella, Lisa's assistant . Bella is very customer focused and makes everyone feel right at home as she prepares your hair to be cut. I feel incredibly blessed to have found Muse Salon so many years ago.
