I called to make an appointment and staff was helpful and courteous. They even texted me to offer me an early appointment that was canceled. It has good location, it look pretty and clean. Staff was welcoming and offered me something to drink. Kimberly was assigned to do my hair. Kimberly listened to how i wished my hair to look, she told me that what i wanted could be done. I had asked 5 hair studio and all said no so i was already excited to have found a hairstylist who said yes. Kimberly was caring i would not burn or if the water was right temperature, very nice person but mostly, Kimberly delivered exactly how i dreamed my hair to look. Huge shout out! Thank you

Rosie is absolutely amazing! She gave me a beautiful, detailed haircut and balayage with a perfect root touch-up, exactly how I asked for it. Recently Nancy gave me an amazing layered haircut - I've received so many compliments already! 3. They accept walk-ins, so no more waiting for days till you get an appointment.
