Do NOT go here unless you want a REALLY simple haircut!!! I see other reviews say they got great customer service, so I don't know what happened, as that was not the case for me! For my haircut, I showed photos of two styles that I wanted the hairdresser, Win, to combine (if you think this is too complicated BTW, I went to a new hair salon, and they achieved the look for the same price of $55). We must've miscommunicated, as the end look was not what I wanted. In the chair, whenever I asked if she could make a change at a certain part, she said it'd "ruin the style" or "not work." So I trusted it would look better blow-dried, but it looked worse. By the end, she had a client waiting, as I'd arrived late, and she was fully booked. I felt bad for making her fall behind, so I didn't push the issue then. I just thanked her and paid, hoping it would look better once I restyled it. It didn't. They were closed the next day, so I called the day after. Win said no to refunds (I get it, not all salons do that). So I asked if she could fix it, and she said a "fix" is free but a "new style" is not. She said what I was asking for was a "new style," so I needed to pay again. It was a "new style" because the original cut she gave me was not the one I wanted, but she said because I didn't say "I don't like it" the day of, I was lying and just changed my mind AFTER the cut, and therefore I need to pay her. I've never heard of a salon asking someone to pay for them to fix a haircut that they messed up!

Amazing service, after my cut my hair felt so healthy and amazing! I loved how she was patient and understanding with what I wanted. I'll for sure come back for my next cut and any other hair services! They washed, cut, and styled all for a reasonable price! 💗

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I’ve done haircuts and hair coloring. Excellent results! The owners are kind and hardworking couple! Love their service and price. Now they have massage therapy on special. You should give it a try.

I came for a shampoo, $30 for long, $25 for short hair. The shampoo chair is a full on massage bed and is very comfortable. Shampoo massage was awesome, the owners are very skillful and friendly. As I was sitting for my drying I saw three men getting their haircut, they all looked really good. Ask for their special shampoo + massage combo, it's a great deal if its still available.

Mark is the best! I've been going to Mark for several years now after my friend referred me. I've been coming back ever since. Mark not only gives a detailed fade cut that I love, but he's always very friendly and professional and detailed when cutting hair. I don't think you can go wrong here!

They do wonderful job. I take my teenage son to get hair cut and color and I go ther my self for cut and color. Always make an appointment. They said on Monday and Tuesday they are less busy so you may get a walk in, but if you need any thing fancy appointment is good. Cost is reasonable and not outrageous. Very friendly.
