Highly recommend this place for your hair needs! This was my first time here and first time looking for something other than a haircut. As soon as I walked in the receptionist was attentive and welcoming. I showed up as a walk in looking to get a digital perm with my lunch box, bag, and jacket and they were still able to accommodate by letting me put my things in a locker and attending to me even though it was pretty packed. The multiple ladies that were attending me were very nice and friendly, from Ms. Nayoung herself to the ladies that were washing my hair. Not only am I pleased with how my hair came out after the digital perm but I was also impressed with the duty and care they showed throughout the process while they were packed. Will definitely return once my perm straightens out! 😁

I absolutely love my haircut and style! I asked for a butterfly cut, and it came out exactly how I wanted! soft, layered, and so flattering. Nayoung, the owner, was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive throughout the whole process. She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable. Alejandro was also amazing, very professional and welcoming. The overall experience was calm, friendly, and enjoyable. I left feeling confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend! ✨💇‍♀️

This is my third time getting a cut and balayage with Nayoung. I have naturally thick, long, jet-black Asian hair. Her team always gives me the color I ask for, no matter how light or dark. I love coming here and will keep coming back here!! Also love the new location- very bright and spacious!

Nayoung and her team are soo talented, I absolutely love my hair! I went for the first time today and I’m in love with the results. Her, Alex, & Jennifer all did amazing work on a straightening perm & keratin treatment for my hair that was badly damaged before. The salon is also gorgeous inside and the staff is really sweet. Definitely recommend! 💕

I get my hair highlighted by Nayoung every six months and she always gets it exactly how I want! It’s also always such a welcoming experience! I love her receptionists and her assistants, they’re always making sure I am ok and providing water and snacks! I just came to Nayoung Salon for the first time to get a men’s hair cut and Nayoung did an excellent job at listening to what I wanted and making sure it looked great. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and she makes sure you leave her salon looking great. Totally recommend seeing her and she recommended I try a perm so I will see how that goes in the future!

I live in Seattle, but came here in early December before driving to the outskirts of East Texas to spend time with my fiancée’s family and it was truly the best decision I made! I cannot remember everyone’s name, but it was such a friendly and buzzing salon, and Ms. Na Young cut my hair in such familiar and easeful way that I was in complete awe! The haircut I received and the down perm I got was the best I have felt, including after having gotten the same cut + down perm in Korea. Everyone was so friendly, from the receptionist to Ms. NaYoung to the kind lady who washed my hair to the tall guy with good hair who helped to dry and style my hair. 10/10 would recommend for all your hair needs!! I am so heartbroken to be far from this salon. 🥲
