Stopped in to get some dinner and was disappointed at the lack of available options at the hot bar. Typically at most whole foods you get options like fish plus chicken plus meatballs and maybe even some pulled pork. This evening simply got chimichurri chicken (albeit it did not taste bad), but basically that was it for all the meat options. Many of the other hot trays were completely empty. Got the chicken with some cilantro rice and that was dinner. Again both edible but man I wish I'd had more options... especially at these whole food prices.

Just left Whole Foods. I do all my shopping here, I did. The fact that the store closes at 10pm, and it is 6:30 right now, the meat department refused to cut me a 5 bone prime rib because they didn’t have any that size in the case is ridiculous. They stated they started spraying down their counters 3.5 hours before they close so I will be reaching out to the Store Manager tomorrow. Also, the same prime rib is on sale at Fresh Market for 7 dollars a pound less but I don’t want to drive to Mayfair. Hope those that read this do.

If you are not familiar with Whole Foods, this is a really great place to shop for Natural and Organic foods. They have a lovely Meat and Produce section. The nuts, grains, and granola section is vast. The prices can be high, but if you are a Prime Member, you can get a discount on items that are already on Sale. This location has a Salad and Hot Bar. They also have freshly made hot pizzas and Sushi. The deli has cold cuts and premade items like chicken and pasta salad. The cheese section is really nice. If you are looking for a particular Cheese, they probably have it. They have an excellent bakery with Breads and Sweets and an all-natural area that sells vitamins, cosmetics, soaps, etc.… There is an excellent wine and beer selection with local beers. This location, in my opinion, is overdue for a remodel. There is nothing wrong with the current store, and they keep it clean, but compared to the newer locations I have shopped at, I think it is time for an upgrade. This is a must-try if you visit or live in the area.

Whole Foods is always well stocked with the best produce and fresh foods. I know I’m getting the best products when shopping there. The bakery is always offering wonderful sweet treat options as well as fresh breads.

Not the cheapest grocer in town, but worth the price. My family has some dietary limitations and WF is the only place we can find some items. The food is always high quality.

I used to love Whole Foods and would go there at least once a week but recently I’ve been very disappointed because of a certain employee. I have a very hyperactive toddler that doesn’t always like to stay sit on the cart and will complain or throw items away. That’s not always games and fun, but it’s a kid. I always try to calm him down and clean after him without major issues. Yeah, sometimes is overwhelming, but it is what it is. So far, in most places I’ve been he acts like that, people are compassionate and try to distract him. Once while checking out at the self check out, this old lady starts to look annoyed to us, comes to my register and puts the handheld scanner away twice while I’m bagging my items and aren’t done scanning. Just like that, for no reason. I have to ask her assistance because the screen is showing an error every time I try to weigh an item. She comes to me very annoyed and my toddler screams and she covers her ears looking clearly upset and barely assists me. Then I’m still not able to weigh the item and have to call her again. At this point, she’s almost angry at me for no reason and says I have to put the code of the fruit before leaving without me being able to say anything. Ok, for the third time the item wouldn’t work and it requires me to wait for an associate, I have to call her two or three times until she finally comes back and I let me explain the damn limes have no sticker with a code on it. She finally does something and I’m able to finish scanning my items. Weeks later I go again at the store during her shift and as soon as she sees me walking towards the self check out, she looks very annoyed and whispers something to another associate while looking at me, and this guy stays around me. I have to ask his assistance for an item showing an error to scan and he helped me without issues, but as soon as he’s done she comes to me out of nowhere, puts away the handheld scanner I’m using and just says very rudely that I have to put it away for weighing items, but I wasn’t weighing anything, I just told her so. Since then, I don’t really feel like going back there. Imagine getting an attitude for asking an employee to do what they’re being paid for?? I’m pretty savvy with registers but issues will happen, that’s normal. And I understand some people that don’t like kids, but excuse me, you’re working with customer service, that was your choice, don’t give me an attitude for my kid being a kid. And if I wanted someone to be in my space while I’m checking out my stuff, I would just go to the regular cashier. Whole Foods has other gentle and friendly employees but this woman definitely isn’t one of them. For me, this attitude should not be acceptable and the only reason I didn’t report it directly to Whole Foods is because I wasn’t able to find a phone number or email.
