Whole Foods Market

the worse hot and cold bar I have experienced at any Whole Foods. It’s the same food everyday and the quality is low. There is no monitoring of the food and it gets hard and burnt daily. I go in periodically in hopes for something different but every time is a disappointment. I always settle for soup.

I really like this Whole Foods! The atmosphere is super chill and laid back, and all the employees are always so helpful! The store has an easy layout that makes everything so simple to find- I have no complaints about this place whatsoever!

3 times now I’ve had to call to speak to customer service over Amazon Delivery issues, milk being expired within 2 days (bought on Jan 9, expired Jan 11), frozen items getting delivered in January with no evidence of ever being refrigerated, customer service lady just eager to shoo you off of the phone with no resolution. Just "contact Amazon customer service", well they don’t do anything for Groceries issues. This is an issue within the store but no, to her recollection there’s no issue within her team. 3 times now I’ve had issues with her approach to customer service. At this point I will have to go hungry and wait until I can drive up to another Whole Foods location to get groceries that I know won’t be spoiled and customer service from a team leader who actually cares to resolve complaints. Hilarious. After speaking with said Customer Service lady who ensured I would receive a brand new shipment of milk, I received a bottle of milk expired Jan 4th.

Used the app two good to pickup meals, bakery goods, specialty foods and floral at 1/4 of the cost. I was able to pickup prepared foods. Awesome! Received 3 complete dinners and 2 special salads for 9.99. The food was great and easy pickup. Hard to grab anything from here the food goes fast. Worth every dollar.

3 years straight birthday cake for Grandma was great, this year 4th year is no more, these 2 older ladies just can't write birthday message on cake anymore, can't even listen to what to write on cake even number "0" & "l" connect points 5 letters, I missed young and kind lady from last year and year before, I had big load of groceries in cart so I decided to return them to shelves and drive to Boulder, Whole Foods Westminster, maybe you don't care just 1 customer or simply your employees don't care because they have to work on New Year day, that's okay though, all I know is Whole Foods is great on customer service but just not this location. They are always busy people will shop at you no matter what, I am now very happy to remove Whole Foods from my Amazon store connection. Thank you great Whole Foods because you don't loose anything. Long live.

I passed by the bread department and couldn't pass up on one of their full loaves. So good! The purpose of this review is to commend a gentleman who helped me use the bread slicer for the first time. He was patient and walked me through, start to finish, the process. I'll never need help again because of his thoroughness. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Had a close cut beard and stood 5'10 to 6. Just wanted to make sure this review found him! Have a great day and thank you!

I’m especially impressed by their selection of unique produce—it’s always fresh, diverse, and perfect for trying new seasonal recipes and flavors. The team members are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to assist with recommendations or finding specific items. From fresh produce to pantry staples, the overall quality of their products is consistently excellent. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a prime grocery shopping experience!
