As checking out 50$ worth of item's. I found out the manager would not allow my 4 year old to use the bathroom. Even though there was a sign that said bathrooms. A employee was nice about it and gave me the bathroom key. Shame on the manager. I don't go into stores expecting to use their bathroom. But I was very upset I did business with them after realizing that.

The manager at the store, Kathy is very rude. At times, she can be nice, but she does not know how to handle problems. I had a couple problems at this location. I’ve been shopping here for years, but no One seems to be able to figure out the problems at the register when I finally get aggravated and pay for the purchase anyways the last few times I have decided I’m gonna call corporate to see why my coupons are not working. Corporate did take care of the problem however because I called corporate. Kathy is very rude with an attitude telling me that all I had to do is call the store.. Not only did I try to Resolve at Store level unsuccessfully When I got home to find errors on my receipt, I tried calling the store three times and it went straight to voicemail. I was basically told I was a liar that I did not call the store when I clearly did.. Cathy definitely needs more training and customer service. I’ve worked in retail for 36 years in a supervisor‘s position and I would never belittle my customers or talk about other customers when people can hear every word you say in the store like I said I have heard her be friendly but when she’s nasty, she can be nasty. I will continue to shop there, but I will not be belittled by her anymore. If you look at your reviews, you will see that I’m not the only one complaining.

Very rude employee CATHY. She should be fired. Reported her to corporate.

Restrooms are not public despite the giant restrooms sign, no note or sign saying otherwise. I waited right in front of the manager, and she didn't say anything. I finally asked "Do I need a key or something to use this?" And she didn't even look at me and looked super annoyed and said "Nope not open to public" horrible dollar general, do not shop here if you want to be treated decently by the miserable staff or use the restroom.

The store is clean. The older women possible manager is Rude everytime I go in there because I find sales and coupon. Today was the tip of the ice Burge she refused to sell me my pop at discount price becuz she didn't want to do 2 transaction. I feel they purposely keep self checkout down so have to go through a person. Need to get rid of people if they dnt like their jobs.

Kathy is rude, obnoxious and lack customer service skills. My experience has truly been unpleasant. I would enter the store and if she is up near the register she would stare, not saying anything just stare. To make matters worst if I'm near the food aisle I turn around and she's right there staring. I don't steal and never have but she would always make me feel very uncomfortable. If you ask a question about a product or something she seems to have an attitude. Then there is a young lady there I forgot to get her name but she told my son "Do not touch anything if your not going to buy it", I was blown away because I have never heard her say that to any other kids. He wasn't being destructive or anything like that. As this employee was bagging my items she was putting so much in one bag that the bags started to tear. I started putting some of my items other bags. Kathy came over to the register as if I was doing something wrong and just stood there and stared at me. She stared so much her and the cashier that we just stood there staring for a minute and then she realized and tried to redeem herself by complimenting my mask. I called the next day to find out how to file a complaint and Kathy knew who I was. It's not like we had a disagreement or got into an argument but that goes to show that she knew she was very unprofessional. I will travel further to receive better customer service, not worth spending another dime of my money in that store.

The remodeling was a perfect fit, congrats on the upgrade. Fresh fruit, vegetables & meat with bigger aisles. Very clean & organized
