Asia Global Market

Great place to go for your Asian grocery needs. They have, packaged, frozen, and fresh goods at reasonable prices. I come here mostly for oyster sauce and rice, but usually grab a few other things to try.

They have a bunch of expired food on sale. Very limited selection. Odors all over the store. Staff are unclear with what they have at all and completely unable to help or answer any questions. This place is a mess.

prices are high, employees are either rude or not nice at all, items on sale are always expired, I got frozen okra and the whole bag was rotten. One of the most offending things there is "smile you are on camera" signs everywhere and many pics of shoplifters got caught by police, I haven't seen this anywhere even in jewelery stores, many tags of you break it you buy it, all of this give you a feeling of being unvalued customer.

Found much of what I needed. There was a couple items I could not find. But, it was the only spot that had been found

I got several Japanese food items like super soft tofu. It looks they have good vegetables too.

This place collect tax on grocery which is against tbe law .Their bill shows zero as tax but she added a line item seperate on my bill with a discription as grocery $(2.37) and when i asked what was that she said its for tax. The tax is $2.48 in my bill if thats correct. Then i said your bill show that tax is zero, she said her system is not working. Anyone has the same experience? I think think this place charges people additional money for the the stuff we buy secretly. This is not good business if so. I have never seeing any place in town charge tax fpr grocery.

Went in to find pandang paste/extract. Unfortunately they did not carry it but were very helpful in explaining how to make it from the leaves. I purchased the leaves and am going to make my own!
