Very bad customer service, i went to purchase a rosca de cajeta but when i got home to cut it they had given me the wrong one filled with guayaba and cheese instead. I called to ask if a refund was possible even if the Rosca was already cut into, which I was informed was possible with just the receipt. I proceeded to go to the store to make things right, and one of the employees very rude, laughed in my face and told me that a refund was not possible. Will not be coming here again, very rude employees.

The staff are not friendly or helpful, , I asked an employee where to find coffee she gave me the wrong isle number. The chicken tamales were heavily loaded in salt with no chicken at all just masa, another employee who worked at the kitchen gave me spicy ceviche when I asked for regular ceviche.

Great products and variety, but it is hard to get out of the store because everything is gated and the only way out is through the cashier section.

I'm giving this review for the cake I send to make for my sons birthday. I've always new the cakes where good at this market. But anyway..., I asked for a chocolate and vanilla cake. It was the worst cake I've ever had. It was very dry and it taste old like it's been in the fridge for too long. I have bought cake before 3 leches and it was good, but this cake was terrible. I wish I got a refund back...Will not buy cakes here anymore.

I’m very disappointed in this store The manager Carlos was very rude and brushed away, didn’t accommodate any of my allergies Yaimy the worker was just As disrespectful as him when I asked her to speak to the manager, she went up to him and hugged him and whispered something in his ear I’m still waiting for corporate to call me back

Best Mexican market in town , fresh bread, great produce , good quality meat

The store is very clean the fruit is fresh but. As of some time all the harvest has been going down on product quality we need our workers back bring them back veggies are rotting away. ….
