Sendik's Food Market Meadowbrook

Well I avoided going here for quite a while cuz I've had some bad experiences with their hot food and the way some of their employees treating anybody that has complaints and so I kind of steered away from them for a while and other reason was whenever they make a meatloaf and they package it in the cold area or it's in the deli. They have ketchup smeared all over it which I have never heard. I've heard gravy and seeing gravy but nobody in my family is even ever had ketchup with meatloaf but that's just one thing. I won't buy there anymore obviously. But this time was hot food and I was extremely disappointed because I bought beef stew from their hot deli. I guess that's what they call it and it was horrible because every piece of stew meat at least 75% of it was chewy and fatty. And believe me, I bought over a pound and a very exorbitant price and I could not believe that I could go buy a can of dinty more beef stew that tastes a lot more like stew and I have never as far as I can remember and I've eaten that stuff for many years. Had chewy fatty meat. It was disgusting. It's just horrible. I'm just not sure I want to continue shopping here. Sadly, it's in my neighborhood and somewhat convenient

The Meadowbrook Road location is amazing. I love the ladies in the floral department they have made numerous arrangements for me and I’m never disappointed. The meat department is also very helpful when I am not sure what to make. The icing on the cake is the friendly cashiers at checkout. Yes we might pay more to shop here but the experience and unique items I find make it amazing. Keep up the GREAT work!!

after talking to Sarah in the catering the first day which was a few weeks ago I thought I was interested. I've emailed twice and called. I can't reach anyone.Don't waste your time

I was here representing two different tequila brands. I've always been a big fan of a Civic stores This is no exception. The only a great selection of wine and spirits, but also a great selection quality prepared and prepackaged foods.

Hot deli food is thoughtfully prepare by people who couldn't possibly have taste buds.

Great food and prices that match. Watch for the tenderloin sales. Buy this and a knife and you're a winner. Good for the value hunters.

Place is great. No complaints internally. Hate that it’s kinda a "one way in one way out" set up.
