We’d like to give a big thank you to Sprouts in Upland for their kindness and generosity! Today they donated waters and a ton of pumpkins to Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in Loma Linda, helping us bring extra joy to our residents, families, and staff this season. We’ll be decorating the pumpkins, creating fun displays for our harvest party, and using them for engaging sensory activities. From the moment I walked into the store, the Sprouts team was so welcoming. I was quickly greeted by an employee who directed me to the store manager, who, with big smiles, connected me with Jesus Zaragoza, the team member coordinating the donation. Jesus went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, efficient, and friendly. He and another staff member even helped us load everything into our van! It is truly heartwarming to see a business and its staff so committed to giving back to the community. Thank you to everyone at Sprouts for your hospitality and generosity. You helped make this season brighter for the kids at Totally Kids!
Always clean and never corwded. People always willing to help. My mother is 80 years old and doesn't eat much and one the managers helped me get a really small portion of turkey for her. Before I could get his name he was off to help someone else. There meat department is just as much if at times cheaper than some other bigger meat departments but they seem to genuinely care.
I like the variety of organic products at this store. Sprouts brand is good. The produce is usually good. The organic produce is less expensive than other stores. The service is friendly. The employees are helpful. I did encounter a problem concerning order pick up. I ordered about 1:00 am to be picked up at 5:00 pm. It wasn't ready. No one could find it. I ordered that way, because there was a special. I had proof of my order. I was allowed to shop and still get the special. It worked out. I don't buy meat, but have looked at it. It looks good. This is a good store. It is a little more expensive than many other stores. There are lots of specials.
People are friendly and usually ready to help you. The place is very clean. They have great specials. They carry lots of natural thing that can help you with whatever is going on, with you and most of their products are natural. They carry meals to go, some for you to cook others are ready to eat.
I used to love going to this store until just this week, new cashiers, who chit-chat while they're ringing you up with other employees the entire time. This causes a lot of distraction and is absolutely rude. I'm hoping this is a one time issue, otherwise, I'll have to find another store a bit farther away.
I was craving a sandwich and noticed a sign saying that the bread is now toasted – and I couldn’t be happier. I ordered a turkey sub with avocado, lettuce, and tomato, and it was absolutely delicious. The toasted bread made all the difference, and I’m so glad they’ve added this option. As someone who craves sandwiches, I can honestly say that a sandwich is just not the same without TOASTED bread. This is definitely going to be my go-to spot for sandwiches from now on!!
I’m a basketball player recovering from a foot injury, so I’m on crutches right now and following my doctor’s orders to stay non-weight-bearing. When I came into this Sprouts, I asked if they had scooters. A guy named Michael shook his head "no," but another young employee kindly said yes and pointed me to the other side of the store where they actually were. That’s where the problem started. Michael was rude, dismissive, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He followed me around the store and even blocked my scooter from backing up down another aisle. It felt invasive — like he was either profiling me or trying to intimidate me. My partner (we’re a lesbian couple) was with me, and the whole situation felt like we weren’t wanted there from the moment we walked in. What’s disappointing is that Sprouts usually has such a welcoming vibe, which is why I chose to start shopping here after moving closer to this location. I’m not sure if Michael is a supervisor, but if he is, that makes it even more disappointing. As someone who played college basketball at Cal, I know what it means to be a leader — to set the tone for your team. When you’re the face of a crew, you’re responsible for the standard you set. And what I experienced today was the opposite of that. The store itself is great — clean, organized, and usually friendly — but this one employee completely ruined that experience. I hope management looks into this and ensures every customer feels respected and safe in their stores.
