FRESH by Brookshire's

FRESH by Brookshire’s is the best grocery store I have ever been to. An amazing place even before you enter the store with the children’s s play area located adjacent to the store. There were many children with their parents enjoying the various exhibits for climbing and playing. You could just sense the peace and tranquility of nostalgia as you watched the joyful interaction of everyone. Parents could spend a few minutes at the Play area before proceeding to their grocery shopping. What a marvelous idea. FRESH has the best fruit selection ever. The meat department is fabulous. The employees are friendly and helpful. The various dining options located inside the store provided a selection that fits your taste. The quality of all the items was superior. FRESH is more than just a grocery store, it is a shopping experience. When you exit, you realize you just experienced a slice of Americana that’s missing from many cities, where pleasant memories are built from sharing delicious meals together prepared with love and care. The next time you want to go grocery shopping and leave with a most joyful heart go to FRESH.

The taco bar is on point! Being a foodie, sometimes I like dealer's choice. Today I was served white rice, black beans, sautéed onions, corn, brisket, Pico, cilantro, shredded cheese, jalapeno ranch dressing and lettuce with a side of limes. Delicious 😋

I had a great time here. The pizza is excellent and at a great price. I am looking forward to trying the sushi next. Customer service was very good. Nice atmosphere, good vibe. Very nice selection of wine at this location. It is pricey, but a good variety here. Overall, a good place to hang for a bit.

FRESH floral department team is the best! They are so talented and caring - and consistent! The flowers are always fresh and healthy. And their arrangements are stunning! They truly care about their customers and their craft. Thank you for spreading so much beauty through your work!

I have always held my opinion of Fresh in high regard. Recently.. the girls behind the cheese/deli meat counter could not be more rude if they tried. I sat there and waited almost 10 minutes before they said a word to me, and no.. there were no other customers. The black girl that always wears a wig and the Spanish girl that works with her. What a joke. You’re going to ruin your company reputation because of a couple bad hires??? Wow. I thought brookshires was better than this. Then a supervisor guy who was Spanish comes over and starts laughing and joking with them while I’m clearly still sitting there waiting for help. Do yourself a favor and fire all of them. If Mike was still managing this store he would have NEVER!! Allowed that to happen. Yall have gone 100% down hill. I’m seriously disappointed. Wow!

This is a really good grocery store with very high quality goods. We enjoy the meat and fish counter the best. If it were closer to where we live we would shop there exclusively. It is the closest store in East Texad to compare to HEB's in the Houston area.

Outstanding store. Sushi, Ramen noodle bar, staffed cheese area, staffed meat/seafood area that also sells aged beef, huge wine selection, etc. Do I shop here often? No, over an hour away. But if I need something the is harder to find, this is your first, last and only place to get it. I'm glad I do not live close otherwise I would be shopping there constantly.
