First off the bat we walked in we were scolded of using the wrong grocery cart over by customer service. The rude team member said those carts are for online shopping. You get you cart outside around the corner. They are the same carts! We had to go outside get a cart and walk back in. Why don't you say keep the cart but next time the carts are outside. Where is the customer comes first? No greeting. Out of bags in the produce department. The produce guy said there are bags over there. Why not see the issue and get us a bag or positively interact with your customers? The cashier was informative. Seems like the workers are miserable. Its a snobby overpriced grocery store. Yes, they have things that regular grocery store does not have. But customer service is a zero.
They guys in the meat department are always so helpful and kind to my mother and family. I appreciate how awesome you guys are. I’d like to give a special shout out to Mando and Thomas. Thank you guys so much for always being cheerful and kind too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I feel compelled to write about the worst customer service and the only bad experience I have ever had at Whole Foods. My family has been shopping at Whole Foods in Scottsdale, AZ since 1985.. I was a teen then, and loved all the fun organic food, skin, and body products. As an adult, it just got better. I moved to Tucson 2 years ago. I am originally from Chicago. I found Tucson beyond refreshing. Friendly kind faces, great food, tons of culture.. Yesterday, I went to my local Whole Foods. We were having a memorial for a friend. He loved Strawberry Cheesecake. I did not think twice. First, I called. The lady on the other line was rude and clearly not interested in answering my questions. When I arrived at Whole Foods, there was an issue with the strawberries... a very kind, pretty Hispanic girl was so helpful. I let her know what I wanted. She proceeded to let me know I would need to speak with the head of your bakery. I offered to purchase frozen or whatever strawberries you did have, and would appreciate if she could help me out snd make the cake pretty. It was an instant non negotiable NO! No suggestions nothing.. then when I asked for a discount... Again, NO! You requested without berries... which is not true.. Whole Foods said they were not available. At that point... I just wanted to cry. I could not believe someone in customer service could be that cruel. Her sweet employee even looked afraid and intimidated by this woman with short hair and large glasses. She needs customer service training. I went to customer service and explained all that had happened. A very kind gentleman rung me up, and comped my Strawberries for my friends memorial. 1Star for the kind young lady in the bakery 1 Star for the nice man who rung me up.. You were both Outstanding. 💖 Dustin"s Memorial was beautiful... She did not ruin our service. 🙏
The stuff working for the "too good to go order" tonight is so mean. Since this is the first time I use this app, I didn’t know that I needed to bring the app with me when picking up my order. I tried so many ways to log in the account I used for my order (including logging in with my friend’s phone) but failed. Even though I showed the confirmation email I received and the order number included in it, the payment history, made sure that I would click the pick up button as soon as I got home, the stuff refused to give me my order. After I finally got home, logged in my account, and planned to go to get my order, which might be 2mins late than 9pm, they said that would be too late to pick it. This situation is so reasonable (considering that "the rules are the rules" ) yet so unreasonable (considering how a customer is treated)!
I went in to grab some quick dinner from the hot bar on Saturday, 11/8. I got the rice, tikka masala, samosa, sesame chicken, and a bit of the salmon. I did get a lot of rice, total weight came out to a little over 2lbs for $28, so a bit overpriced. The rice tasted undercooked and masala was a bit bland. Samosas and sesame chicken were alright, better off getting Panda Express though. However, the reason I am writing this review is because of the salmon. I think deep down I knew it was a bad idea to get cooked salmon in an open hot bar at a supermarket, but I took the chance. It was a bit dried out and the skin was super soft, the fish flavor was a bit stronger than usual as well but I put it down the hatch. A few hours later towards midnight I wake up to some nausea and I realize something’s up. I go to the restroom and end up vomiting whatever was my dinner. Personally, after everything I ate, I blame the fish. Never again, especially at that price, I paid a high price twice for that meal.
Today I had a gazillion Amazon returns. The process was quick and smooth. The staff was really nice. Even the security guard was nice.!
As always, everything is well kept, fresh and organized. Some items are pricy, but there are some amazing deals too. Great shopping experience.
