Whole Foods Market

A must go place for unusual variety foods like lavender goat cheese. Big store with almost everything. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I love that there is always something new for me to try. Meats are very high quality and fairly priced. Produce is wonderful. A little pricy on some items, but it's the quality that makes the choice easy to shop here.

I just recently went to Whole Foods to quickly stop by for groceries, and before even walking inside, I was already impressed. They had so many beautiful plants out front all full of life and surprisingly great deals. I couldn’t resist and ended up picking up a few. Hoping they live a long, happy life! Definitely worth stopping by today. Funny enough, I left with plants instead of groceries this time.

On Monday night around 6:30 PM, my husband and I were shopping at this Whole Foods and had an extremely upsetting experience at self-checkout. An employee named Joan falsely accused my husband of purchasing alcohol for a minor. There was no minor present — it was only the two of us. I am 36 and my husband is 37. Even after my husband showed valid ID, she continued to accuse him and rudely removed the prosecco from our bag. We left the store after being falsely accused of a crime and treated in an unprofessional and accusatory manner. My husband then returned to the store alone to purchase the item with his ID, only to be approached again by the same employee, who told him he was banned for 24 hours from purchasing alcohol at any Whole Foods location — without explanation or management involvement. To make matters worse, store employees refused to provide any contact information for escalation. We had to return the following day and demand district-level contact details ourselves. This experience was humiliating, unnecessary, and handled extremely poorly. False accusations, lack of professionalism, and refusal to provide proper escalation channels are unacceptable.

Stopped by Whole Foods today to drop off a few Amazon returns, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole process was. Right when I walked in, there were clear signs showing exactly where to go for returns — no wandering around or guessing involved. The setup was organized, clean, and efficient. A staff member greeted me right away and walked me through the quick steps. They were friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the experience that much better. I had multiple items to return, and the entire process took maybe two minutes from start to finish — no boxes, no labels, no stress. It’s nice when errands that usually feel like a hassle actually turn out to be easy. The convenience of being able to handle Amazon returns at Whole Foods, combined with their helpful staff and well-marked system, definitely made my day easier. I grabbed a coffee while I was there and left thinking, I should’ve been doing this here all along. Excellent setup, great customer service, and a perfect example of efficiency done right.

We asked Armando in the meat department to put together prime rib for Christmas. Not sure of what size to get after asking a few questions Armando new exactly what we needed. Not only was the roast the perfect weight and size it was wrapped perfectly a sight to behold. The finished product was the best most tender Prime Rib we have ever served for Christmas dinner. I have been happy with the produce and the meat counter. The take out foods are delicious and the portions are generous. Love the prime deals. Employees are friendly and helpful

I was to pick up my TGTG food bag for the first time here and I arrived at around 9:02. The doorman was very nice and let me in. He seemed to be a mute person and communicated with sign language. But when I went in, a staff girl who is black hair and tall, was very mean. She didn’t say any sorry for not having my bag, and she just asked me left. I was very confused because it was my first time using this app. I thought it should always be enough bags. She didn’t explain much, just say that they didn’t prepare that much, and was hurriedly making me leave. In the mean time, I heard her saying in a walkie talkie "Don’t let anyone in after 9pm otherwise you will get in trouble" I didn’t know who she was talking to, but her behaviors made me feel bad, and also feel the doorman(or security, sorry I’m not sure with their job titles). She is not treating both the customer and the doorman well.
