New Wing Yuan Market

This is right by my work so make frequent lunch trips for some produce! I'm obsessed with the big crunchy purple and green grapes!! Always a nice selection of fresh produce and comparable prices to elsewhere. The store itself is huge and clean. There's a good variety of packaged foods and meat/ frozen foods. There's even fresh fish, lobster, clams and oysters in the back!!! They will fry fish right there for you too. Good variety of yummy ice cream too! The service is always so friendly when I check out. Love coming here! I do wish there was more prepackaged food ready to eat like in other Asian markets, that's the only down fall here, but lots of parking!

A decent local Asian supermarket with fair price. They have great selection of Asian food materials. The only problem is they close very early so come early.

Sure this place is old and a little rundown, but they have fresh seafood at good prices and they’ll fry your fish for free, which is super convenient and a big time saver. I know the Asian and Hispanic families in the neighborhood appreciate this place, so it’s sad knowing there are plans to tear down this plaza for housing.

For large vegetables, they use a metal plate on the scale to prevent the vegetable from spanning larger than the scale. However, they won’t reset the scale to remove the metal plate’s weight and instead add that to the final weight and price. It is a small amount of money for one vegetable, but it adds up to be significant. This kind of scam should be avoided by the merchant.

Very well arranged, tidy with no nasty smell store. The staff members were courteous and ready to help. Their items were neatly packed too. First time here and will be back.

It was nice! Clean and friendly, but they didn't have the spices I was looking for; it may veer more towards Vietnamese cuisine than Chinese/Japanese? Though it definitely had those too. Fruit was good and ripe though! I would go back for the fruit.

Surprisingly large and great selection of a ton of Asian products. They have a large tea aisle that I was quite impressed by and all the great matcha flavored snacks as well. Worth checking out!
