Food Lion

When I tell you this is one of the worst Food Lion locations that I have ever visited. No one is ever happy or pleasant at this location. Don't get me wrong I understand that everyone has a bad day but every day and more than the majority of the workers. I don't expect a song to be sung or a dance to be done but at least be civil. If you can't be at least be civil then maybe a job in customer service is not the career for you because the next time that I get a rude greeting, I will certainly be giving back the same energy that is given to me first. Get these people some people skills training quickly.

This location is my favorite in Hampton Roads. It's not just because I live in the area but since we spend time towards the ocean front and other places we visit other Foodlions and this location always has the most checkout lanes open. On top of that staff is always friendly.

All hands down. This is a no Brainerd. On time service. Great staff. Products fresh, clean, and priced right.

That particular Food lion off Godwin was kinda busy. But it is Sunday after all. And everybody seems to love to go grocery shopping right after services.

Love the convenience of this this location but goodness, the youth lady at register one (light brown hair and wears a mask) is soooooo rude. No greeting, no reply to my hello, when so asked her if she charged me for the watermelon in my cart since it was too large to put on the belt, she just looked at me. If you do not want to be pleasant, DO NOT, repeat DO NOT work in service. She is awful!

Alexis DOESNT like to deal with younger customers, took people In line behind me before me but said no to opening when I asked her with nobody behind me in line

By far my favorite food lion the staff is always so nice and they care. I went to shout out Mrs Wendi! She came in clutch! My sugar was low so I asked her to scan some candy and hand it right back she did and said hurry up and eat that girl I understand! I felt better after. We also had a good conversation. Thanks Wendi!
