Hello Tokyo

My daughter and I came to this store on a weekend trip to Stamford, Connecticut. They had a wonderful inventory of colorful and trendy toys, beauty supplies, novelty toys…. we found the cutest stocking stuffers. Ivan ( the assistant manager ) was so kind and helpful! If you are in town, this store is worth the trip 🙂

If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been a regular customer at Hello Tokyo in the Stamford Mall, and their selection far surpasses any similar store I’ve visited. Most importantly, Ivan—one of the employees—is incredibly friendly and always eager to help with any questions about their products. Hello Tokyo is truly fortunate to have someone with his outstanding work ethic on their team.

Loved going here up until a current employee started working there. Is always rude to me but never rude to any other customers that are there too. The one place where I like to get blind boxes but sadly I won’t be shopping there anymore.

Purchased one item. Yet, they charged for double, and I wasn't aware at all. Deeply disappointed and frustrated. Edit : the problem has been solved with my card. Quality of the keychain was a bit poor for its price, but overall good.

This store is changing prices without any regulation, in addition to having a price marked on the product, the person who serves you does not want to recognize that they must sell at the price stated in the article, which leads us to believe that they are stealing from the customer and the company. very very bad. All the boxes were 24.99 and he just said that it was another price

My daughter and I have been in here twice. The items are really cool but we always leave with more than what we came for. The only thing I have to say is the staff is very on top of you. I feel very uncomfortable walking through a store that immediately gives me the feeling as though I'm being watched. I guess I might have had issues with shoplifting in the past but there has to be a better way than making paying customers pay for it. Other than that it's a good store but I would be in there a hell of a lot more often if we weren't made to feel a certain way.

Ivan was such a treat! Very attentive and kind! His customer skills are amazing! He should get a raise!!!
