Got some frozen sun noodle ramen and when I went to make a bowl I noticed there was mold on the noodles. I'm assuming these probably were defrosted and weren't properly handled then frozen again. Note, I had these no more than a week before I went to make it.

Clean, organized not as busy as other similar markets. The individual checking us out was pleasant and asked how we liked one of the products we had and that it looked good.

Double check your receipt to make sure you are not OVER CHARGED. This Lotte grocery store is very dishonest. They often list a lower price on a price tag and secretly charge a higher price at check out. Today, I shopped at this store. During checking out, I noticed a cashier (an old Korean lady) typed a higher price than a price tag for an item. When I pointed out the error, the old lady was unhappy but reluctantly corrected the overcharged amount without saying a word of sorry. After check out, I checked the receipt and noticed they also overcharged me for another item. I went to their customer service, initially, another Korean lady insisted that the price they charged me was correct. I lead the lady to the place with a price tag. She then told a lie by saying they wanted to increase the price tomorrow but did it too early today. She stated that the price they charged me was lower than their normal price. I said it does not matter what their so-call "normal price" was, I just want to pay the price on the price tag. This Korean lady becomes very RUDE and stated if I don't like their price, don't shop in their store. It is a common practice in this store to advertise a lower price on a price tag and then secretly charges customers a higher price. If the customer did not notice being overcharged, this store could make BIG profit. It is a malpractice of this store. So if you shop at this Lotte store, check your receipt to make sure you are not OVER CHARGED.

Good spot for Asian groceries and produce with lots of specialty items. Prices are decent, and the food court is a nice bonus. Just check the produce for freshness, and some areas could be cleaner. Overall, solid place for unique ingredients.

Family just bought today 5/12/24 and this mango pouch is expired November of last year 2023. Gross. Its not the made date its full on expiration. And this tofu grabbed ended up being damaged and leaking everywhere. And it wasn't just damaged it's been like that cause it's crusted and stuff on it. And the tofu seems discolored. Can't return it either because family brought it to me from hours away.
