Chinatown Supermarket

Stopped into Chinatown Supermarket for a couple things. I did go to another Asian type grocery store last week but I love the choas of this place! Shelves overstocked with products. Fresh baked goods for sale. People everywhere. It reminds me all of the Asian markets back home in California. I love the variety of goodies, fresh produce and home options they have here. The fresh baked goods is what really caught my eye. The egg tarts. The Chinese long donuts for congee. The big sesame balls. I want it all! I appreciate that they have so much produce here. I would be here every week to grab the fresh veggies if I lived here in SLC. I wish we had this many options in my neck of the woods. I was able to grab a few goodies. New chopsticks, some Chinese long donuts and some candy. I unfortunately can't take too much home since I'm traveling home by car. I will be back in April and I'm going to come back for some goodies. I'll make sure I have a cooler to have a safe place for all of the perishable goods. I'm not coming back to Boise without all the goods.

Great selection of various foods. Excellent Dubai chocolate assortment. But, most of all, exceptional customer service. We went near closing and didn't feel rushed. We had time to shop for what we came for and were treated with care using checkout. We found our favorite premade Thai iced tea for the first time since moving from Washington State to Utah 12 years ago. We definitely discovered a new favorite store. ❤️

Chinatown is always packed with shoppers and the vibes are always great 👍 I love coming here to visit the 85degrees bakery cafe. They always a wide selection of baked goodies 😋 😍 and I also love the Korean restaurant here 😋

China Town Super Market is always a great place to find fresh produce, good cuts of meat, a wide variety of seafood and all the cooking and food items you can imagine. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean with aisles that are roomy. They open at 8am, so go early if you don’t want to shop with a crowd. The restaurants and cafe’s nearby are equally as good with wide varieties of food and dining options.

Would give them 5 if they ever changed the music. This place is always busy, but it’s got ingredients that are hard to find in slc. If you’re looking for something to make your asian cooking hit like the restaurant this is the spot.

I really like the store. All of their food and drinks were all nicely put on shelves. Everything was really organized. The prices were reasonable. I actually like the fact that the place didn't smell like seafood. They have fish on Ice, they have crab, and they have lobster. It still did not have a seafood smile. This place was amazingly clean as well.
