Sprouts Farmers Market

I always have a very good experience at the South Jordan sprouts. I visited today and had a little trouble understanding signage for a product that was on sale. Buy one get 1/2 off. Several people in the store worked too make sure I was well taken care of and got the right price and in the end they made sure I was well taken care of. Trista was the cashier that started the process and Lisa finished up with me. Everyone in the store was very helpful though.

I get my organic raw turkey here every year, and it always works out to brine perfectly. I called today with a question about my pick up for this years Turkey. I knew they would be busy, as it took some time to get an operator as it rerouted me around a few times for 10 mins. I got Colton in the deli, and even though he sounded very busy, he was genuinely polite, friendly and willing to help. It truthfully wasn’t even the deli I needed, it was the meat dept. Colton didn’t transfer me or anything, he went to check on my order and answer my question we both had. He couldn’t find my order right away, but made sure I had right location and details and explained with how many orders they had, he was sure it was there, I felt it was okay since I had a barcode for pickup. He said if there is any issue I’ll call you and took my information. He followed up and said he found it, but the description or details of organic or all natural were different than I described, and was concerned but truthfully I just needed to make sure it was raw and not frozen. The fact that he went out of his way to assure everything was good to go during a busy time, told me a lot. I have 10 yrs as a store manager experience and managed as a team lead over guest experience on front end and training employees for retail stores and now my own business. needless to say I’m very picky and maybe, just maybe a bit judgmental of others poor service skills, it takes a lot to impress me. My point is Colton is going places; give him a raise or good recognition, as he has a lot of potential and good work ethics. I’m impressed and now I’ll have to shop the deli.

I love shopping at this store! They have a wide variety from fresh produce to cosmetics. I find things I need plus new organic things to try! I always look for Jennifer if I have questions. She is always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and positive. Nothing worse than asking an employee about a product and they turn it around and read the label to you!

Very fresh very different store, when I went there they were busy doing a reset so they were kind of out of a lot of products new placing them with new brands. But I was shocked I really did like their bulk food section. Way more options than you could even think of. I'm not sure you could like do all your shopping here but if you're looking for something new and so many different to try this is definitely one of the places to go.

Sprouts is actually an amazing grocery store. Check out some of my pics. Such a variety of selection and things I don’t see too often in other places. The really cool part of the selection is so many gluten free options. Impressive. The long line to checkout was soon addressed by adding another cashier to help out. That’s responsive customer service. Not too large and not too small. It’s just right.

I'm a TJs convert to Sprouts. Recently switched to a whole foods/paleo diet due to health issues and thought I would save myself 20 min of drive time and tried them out. Super glad I did, because I am now there weekly or use their pickup option when I am short on time. Staff is friendly and helpful and shout out to the deli/butcher that works Sunday. He's always super friendly and has gone above and beyond more than once. They have great fresh cuts of grass fed beef. Eating minimally processed or unprocessed anything is pricey, but I'm glad to have Sprouts as an option close to home.

My favorite market! Superb fruit. Purple sweet potatoes. I love their protein packs, sandwiches, cheese packs, tuna packs!! If you want healthy on the go lunch options they are it!!
