I was here for about 40 minutes or so and at least 7 times the employees walked directly behind me and walked several more times in the general area of where I was shopping. I am not a thief and it’s pretty disappointing to be followed around like I am one. I noticed some other bad reviews state the employees followed them around - not sure who the owner of this place is but I think they need to have a serious conversation with the employees about not making customers feel unwelcome or better yet hire friendlier people. A lot of people who like these products have social anxiety and it was a very unpleasant experience getting followed by somebody. You guys have tons of cameras in here there’s no reason to behave like that, I would have even left my bag at the counter if I was simply asked to avoid this. Cute products but don’t enter this place if you don’t want to be followed.

i go here for drinks most of the time and this one girl was super nice and cool and complimented my stuff also complimented my name, very kind ineed to be employed soon

My husband, son, and I have been to this store several times before and haven’t had an issue until today. The woman at the checkout counter was extremely rude and before greeting us or acknowledging what we wanted to buy she informed us that our toddler shouldn’t have food in the store (it was in his stroller, in a cup, and he wasn’t actively eating it—also no signage anywhere outside or inside the store stating "no food"). We acknowledged what she said but she continued to inform us about her concerns she had with the food as my toddler was crying and we were trying to console him. After checking us out she asked if one of my son’s toys that was in his stroller had been there when we had entered the store, insinuating we had shoplifted it. I understand there may be a concern for shoplifting at a store with so many small knick knacks but there needs to be better system in place. Haven’t experienced this kind of treatment at a store before and definitely makes me not want to return which is unfortunate because my son and younger cousins loved frequenting it.

A lot of cool stuff and great staff! I was trying to redeem my birthday blind box, and the assistant store manager walked me through the whole process!

I am from out of town and I’ve always wanted to go to a miniso for the cute stuff they have, I was looking around with my friends for something cute for my sister and we noticed that the worker was following us around the whole time even when there were other guests in the store, as we walked around she kept trying to look at the stuff we were carrying as if trying to catch us "stealing" when we decided it was time to go and check out she peaked into my bag as if she was trying to find products in there. I am very disappointed and disgusted because my friends and I are all Hispanic and every guests that entered after us were all American so of course they got ignored meanwhile we got stalked and followed. This is very upsetting and will 100% not go there again.

Early Christmas shopping and came in to just look. Decently priced, slightly on the higher side, but they have A LOT on sale, great for stocking stuffers!

It's finally open! Variety of disney, Sanrio, makeup, stationary, Asian snacks. Girls there are real helpful!
