Fircrest Market

Started shopping here last July, coming in every Saturday or Sunday. Amber was always the nice lady that was the checker until late December. Then Jamie for a couple of visits. Both were fast and accurate at scanning my items. The last two visits, January 30th and January 24th an item was scanned twice charging double the price. I mentioned it to Jorge during my recent visit and should've checked the receipt before I left because it happened again.I quit going to Safeway because this happened almost every week I was there. I don't like to throw anyone under the bus but I don't want this to become a weekly hassle checking the receipt every time I'm there. Amber was consistently flawless.

For $3.25 I got 2 chicken thighs. That’s a bargain. My first time in the store. They don’t inflate their prices just because they’re the only market on a strip where there is no other store. To me this is simply amazing. Instead the prices are way reasonable. Grateful someone is out there with integrity and decency.

I first discovered this little gem is 2005 while working in Sebastopol. Nice little market and deli with a club sandwich I drive across the county for. See photos. Your choice of bread, cheese, condiments etc. Award worthy in my humble opinion…🏆

Deli board said a roast beef sandwich was $10.50 +$1.00 for cheese, got charged $12.25. I wasn't going to argue over $0.75 so I didn't say anything. I ordered it with everything except tomato, because tomato makes me sick. I'm not allergic, I won't end up in the hospital, but it is an extreme preference to not have tomato. She repeated the no tomato back to me. ....Sandwich had tomato. What little meat there was, was piled in the center leaving huge chunks of bread without anything in the middle

It's the third time I get hair on my fish... its from that weird guy with the long beard.. its disgusting!! They should be using hair nets and beard nets... HEALTH DEPARTMENT DO YOUR JOB

Love it here.. the sandwiches are really really good and the individual chocolates are always a great treat!

I have been a customer here for some 27+ years. The previous ownership I would have rated higher. This new ownership is attempting to turn my favorite store into a boutique grocery store.Wine and cheese crowd. The demographic here is elderly (as am I),retired and beyond. We don't need another yuppie market overcharging us who live on a fixed income just trying to get by in this spiraling inflationary world. 3 Stars is too much
