Went there for a bakery, ended up ordering lunch from the food court. It has only one menu with approximately 20 -25 items on it. We ordered seafood soup/ramen and beef kalbi. Soup had generous amount of seafood but taste was not my most favorite. Kalbi was great though, tender and flavorful meat. Also got a cheese and potato dog from store premade food section and it was 2/10.

I shop here pretty often, and the older staff member at night who’s always there has been really kind and helpful. He’s helped me find items, told me about new products, and even checked availability at other H Mart locations when I was looking for something specific. Around Lunar New Year they sometimes give out small Korean gifts like calendars, pot holders, or soju glass fridge magnets, which is such a nice touch.

Bad tonkotsu ramen. Broth was peppery and did not taste or look like genuine ramen broth at all. The milkiness of the broth was likely created from adding milk powder of some sort, rather than from the boiling of pork bones for hours. Egg was overcooked and misshapen, and the pork chashu was dry. Suggest skipping this entirely. Wished I could have paid a bit more to get a legitimate bowl of tonkotsu ramen.

Love shopping at district H. The store’s always clean and well stocked. Also, shoutout to the older asian guy who’s usually at the cashier. Super friendly and actually takes the time to help you find stuff. Makes the whole experience way better. Will definitely keep coming back!

Serious stock management issues here. I was sold a product that had expired 4 months earlier. When I went to request a refund, the staff spent 20 minutes figuring out how to process it without a receipt (which I had discarded, assuming it wouldn’t be needed). With no clear progress on the refund, I opted for an exchange—but the replacement product only had 2 months of shelf life left, meaning I’ll likely only use it a few times before it expires. They should not be selling expired products. Their stock management is clearly problematic—items are sometimes mislabeled, missing price tags, or past their expiry date. I hope they take serious steps to improve this.

I purchased a Darigold milk today (October 20, 2025) and noticed that the "Best By" date on the bottle was 10/12/2025. When I asked the clerk about it, he told me that it meant December 10, 2025, not October 12. I trusted him at the time, but after checking online, I confirmed that the date format clearly indicates October 12, 2025—meaning the milk was already past its best-by date. This is misleading and unacceptable. Please be cautious and check expiration dates carefully if you shop here.

Spotted a loaf of bread here on June 30, 2025, already covered in green mold. The "Best By" date on the package was June 24, a full week past due, yet it was still on the shelf. Very disappointing and makes me question the store’s quality control. Even though I didn’t buy it, it seriously affected my trust and shopping experience.
