Whole Foods on Victory is an absolute standout. The quality is excellent across the board—everything feels fresh, thoughtfully sourced, and beautifully presented. From produce to prepared foods, you can tell care and standards truly matter here. The service is phenomenal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which makes the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s one of those places where you actually feel welcomed and taken care of while you shop. There are always fun finds and surprisingly good deals, especially if you’re paying with Amazon. The perks make a difference, and it’s easy to walk out feeling like you found something special. This location consistently delivers and is a go-to for both everyday essentials and little treats.

Disappointed with Today’s Experience at Whole Foods I genuinely love Whole Foods and willingly spend two hours on the road—one hour each way—just to shop for the products I truly enjoy. However, today, I was extremely disappointed by what I saw. First, the parking lot was cluttered with shopping carts, while inside the store, only a few were available. I had to grab a smaller cart from the parking lot, which I actually prefer, but it was frustrating to see such disorganization. The biggest disappointment, however, was in the fresh produce section. I was shocked to find mold on the mushrooms. Even if they are discounted, selling spoiled products is unacceptable. Additionally, I saw a rotten nectarine surrounded by fruit flies, which is simply disgraceful for a store with above-average—if not significantly higher—prices. On a positive note, I do appreciate that Whole Foods has special items for Valentine’s Day, including berries in heart-shaped packaging. They also have Blood Oranges and Caracara oranges, which have unique and interesting flavors. Additionally, my favorite yogurts are available in special red packaging for the holiday. I also want to highlight a new snack I tried today, which was on sale—a delicious peanut butter and grape jelly treat. Once again, I want to emphasize that I love this store, and that’s exactly why I’m writing this review. I hope the management takes better care of the quality of the products on their shelves. Whole Foods should uphold the standards that loyal customers expect.

Most fresh vegetables are organic, reasonably priced, and colors are vibrant. They do sell out of many varieties fast. In the bakery department I was extremely disappointed. I found out that they have discontinued the delicious Rugelachs (I prefer the Raisin Walnut). They are going with another vendor. I guess I will go back to ordering from a Jewish deli I am familiar with and pay the postage. It's worth it to get what you want and be satisfied.

On the higher side of food and such. It's not a place to do regular grocery shopping unless you're willing to spend 100+ on like 5 things. It's great to get the occasional treats or specific things you can't find elsewhere. Love the salad bar and hot food bar. The salad bar is 12 per lbs, and the hot bar is 13$ per lbs. Olive bar is 12$ per lbs. I recommend getting the bar foods before 5-6pm as they get old at that point, and I believe the hot bar ends at 7 pm. I'm not sure if that means they stop replacing/making more food or they close it as I've come after 7 p.m., and they've had food still but only like 1 or 2 options, though.

I honestly wasn't aware that Whole Foods was a "healthy store. They have a variety of food that you may have seen, for instance at Walmart, but much more that you haven't seen. From Fruits,to Seafood,to Meats,to healthy snacks, to ice cream. Even a bakery that looks simply delicious. Don't be surprised to see them selling pizza too! The prices on most things were on the higher side, due to being gluten free, kosher etc... Overall I had a decent first visit. There are a few things in this stote that I'll be back to try.

This Whole Foods almost always disappoints. Spoiled produce on the shelves, produce bags not refilled, items expired, broken refrigerator door by the dairy for months, empty shelves, and most employees seem pretty grumpy and not helpful. We’ve been shopping at Whole Foods for 20 years in various states and this is by far the most poorly run one we’ve been to.

Manager needs to be retrain in customer service. There is a respectful way to communicate to ALL of your customers. Especially when there is a tech issue at the register and the code to check out. I’m truly disappointed in yesterdays service provided especially with the new cashier who was not aware on how to use the code and the comments that were made without them realizing I had re entered the store with my son.
