Store receipts say "store credit only, no refund" but when we went to the store to ask about an exchange, they refused. I pointed out that their receipts stated that store credit was allowed, and they didn’t care. No apology, nothing. That’s false advertising, bad business practices, and straight out shady. Pretty sure they sell fakes here, too. Not doing business here again.

Buyer beware- My daughter purchased an item at this store that was advertised as 3.99 and the sticker price was not clear if this was per pack or each piece after she paid for the item the cashier gave her the wrong change then another male coworker came to help and advised his coworker that this is suppose to be per item not per pack and continued to say I have been telling coworkers all week. This is not what my daughter paid for and when my daughter asked for a refund they told her no refunds and told her to give back the pack and chose one of the hair piece. That is unethical business practice they should have advised this was incorrectly marked before she paid for the item so she would have the option of not taking it but because she had already paid for it and the worker realized it was marked wrong they put the loss on consumer instead of the store. I would never shop here again and I advise you to read the signs carefully.

WARNING NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE HERE. Buyer beware!!! I would give it 0 starts if I could. The lady did not tell me the no Return or exchange policy. This company is very greedy and only wants your money. The sign is super tiny near the register. Basically making it impossible for you to see the policy.

Anything you see and like here you can just buy it online for cheaper!! So they priced an item for me and were ringing me up for it then canceled the transaction while i was putting my card in. They doubled the price on me and said "is that okay?" Then tried raised the price another five dollars on me. I said thats bad business practices, i was quoted a price so i should get that price since thats what they told me it cost. They didnt care and said theyd get in trouble so i walked out. My wife and i give this place so much business but definitely not anymore after that.

Small, pricey, was okay, not like Little Tokyo back home, but it's ok. I couldn't find my Kobe chocolate sticks, but I did see some Gundam! I'll be back to take a closer look.

Lots of cool finds here almost everything Anime. The employees are real kind. The store is a bit on the smaller side. They have a lot of little figures displayed outside on a case which has signs that read "don't touch" Now it's a bit hard not to since lots of the items on display outside of box don't have prices. The items that are in the Box's do. You would need to continuously ask the employees to tell you a price since you can't touch the item to check. A lot of the items are hard to find and the prices are a bit high. Nice just to walk around and look at. If you do take kids in there make sure you keep a good close eye on them since lots of stuff is out.

Most of their figures are actually cheaper online. Some are even on Amazon. The staff is rude and will literally steal your money if you get a damaged figure. They will refuse to refund you and offer other figures you don't want.
