There is no a Zero star otherwise I would give them a zero for customer service. We went to 2 cashiers and there both were rude and speaking Spanish. I know that I am a Spanish person but,I don't know if that was the reason they were rude, but they should be nice to anyone who goes to spend money there

I visited the Super King on MacArthur today and had a pretty frustrating experience. First, there was no fresh dill available at all, even though another location on Magnolia always has it. That was inconvenient because I specifically needed dill. On top of that, there was a constant alarm beeping near the entrance, and it kept going off nonstop. Sometimes it was one long beep, sometimes multiple beeps, and it was really unbearable to listen to. I couldn’t even stay in the produce and dried fruit section because of that noise. The employees just had to put up with it all day, which seems really unfair to them too. Also, the way they placed the dried fruits was super inconvenient. You had to bend down awkwardly to scoop them out, and they kept falling on the floor. There was no proper way to hold the bag and get the dried fruit without making a mess. It’s much better organized in the other branch, and here it just felt like they didn’t care about customer convenience at all. Overall, the experience was frustrating. Prices have also gone up a lot even though gas prices have dropped, and it just feels like this store is not as customer-friendly as it used to be. I hope they take this feedback seriously, because I’m really considering not coming back to this location.

Family-owned, international market w exotic meat cuts, great Mediterranean section. Poor Bread selection. Excellent walk-in Liquor Department with collectible bottles. Great selection of honey, tahini and rice. Limited cleansers and medicinal items. No pet items. Super nice staff. Well lit w great music and relaxed atmosphere. Strong plastic bags.

Clean supermarket and have fresh vegetables and fruits, I don't buy my meat from there, but they have good prices for everything! My only complaint is I wish the cashiers helps with the groceries instead looking at me and waiting to move on 🙄 I buy a lot for not, and it's tiring putting everything in bags with no Help.

Vegetables and fruits are good and priced right, but the California rolls at the deli section are awful! The rice was not cooked and the rolls were falling apart, the worst sushi rolls I’ve ever had!

I discovered Superking grocery stores when I used to live in North LA and liked the prices. There aren't many here in South LA, this one is somewhat on way home for me, which is why I was going here. Staff (cashiers, manager, nut lady) are unfriendly and don't seem to care about customer service. I don't care, except when I am purposely kept waiting or when I am being ripped off, which is what happened. Cashier charged me $11.80/lb for basic raw peanuts, and raisins she charged as dried cranberries double the price. Don't know what her problem was, pretty sure she knew what she was doing. She didn't even ask me what the items were or check if the price was reasonable. This was after waiting 10 min for nut lady to show up, which she left here area even though there was a large amount of people shopping for nut. I later saw her wheeling back a single box after I gave up waiting because the produce guy told another customer to just go to the cashier. When I describe issues with manager, she say she can refund the difference then told me to "have a good one". I will post picture of receipt later. I only recommend going here for cheaper produce prices, but there are alternatives with equivalent prices and with staff that actually care.

I go every week to the store in Santa Ana, fruit and vegetables are great, but the cashiers are always mad, it seems that they're working with no pay (except for one guy, I think his name is Gary) but all ladies and manager in the morning are the same, I pay and pack my groceries without say hi or thank you because I don't received any word, Northgate and Stater Brothers have a wonderful costumer service.
