They always have what I'm looking for and the produce is fresh, offering asian specialty foods both fresh and frozen. Meat and seafood sections fresh and well stocked. Usually a young staff member around to ask for assistance who speaks English as the older people working there only speak Mandarin. Store is clean and easy to navigate in wheelchairs. It's not Whole Foods or anything but it definitely not bad. I go there often as it's more convenient for me than Safeway or Lucky.

Seafood great choices, best out of those Asian market around the area. Meat section is the only bad part, limited choices for pork. Hotpot meat is best, waghu beef, lamb and pork are great. Much more choices than meimei and prepacked vegi not as much as Mei Mei.

My experience at Foodnet Supermarket Inc was extremely disappointing. The people at the register were very rude from the moment we walked up. We tried paying with cash, and they refused to accept it at first, giving us a bad attitude for no reason. When they finally counted the money, they did it wrong, and when we politely asked them to double‑check, they refused and told us we still owed $65 more. When we got home, we realized they actually took more money than they were supposed to. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism and respect made the whole situation even worse. I will not be returning after this experience.

I recently bought a Dungeness crab from the seafood market at FoodNet, and the experience was disappointing. The staff member helping me placed the crab directly into a bag filled with water, then put that bag inside another plastic bag before weighing it. Because I was supposed to choose the crab myself, the bag was not transparent, so I couldn’t see what the crab actually looked like. Since the crab was priced at $9.99 per pound, weighing it together with a large amount of water meant I ended up paying for water as well, which did not feel fair or transparent.

Lot of good products that we can choose from asian to western, it depends some products it just came it will fresh and cheaper compared to other Asia supermarkets, but the meat special is pork some parts not as fresh as i want, nowadays too much fruit that we eat when we live in Vietnam have here

This is my neighbor grocery store for about 23 years. When we 1st move in, the current owner just took over the business n the old store was really run down. They did so much improvement. Now this is a really convince n comfortable place to shop. The store is clean n produce n veggies are fresh. The meat n seafood dept has good selection. Prices are average with occasional good sales items. Worth checking it out if you have not been there.

More approachable and less chaotic than the other Asian supermarkets in the area, Foodnet offers a good selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and seafood. Located on Lleweling boulevard in San Lorenzo, foodnet is part of a strip mall that caters to the neighboring San Leandro San Lorenzo residents. H Mart this isn't, but Foodnet was renovated somewhat recently and looks pretty nice inside. The store is bright and clean and fairly well organized and the fresh produce is of good quality. No funky smells. Chinese, and some Japanese, Korean, vietnamese and Malaysian products are available. Prices reflect the demographics of the area and are quite reasonable. For those that are looking for an updated Asian supermarket, Foodnet is a good choice. Just don't expect an H Mart type of experience.
