Customer Reviews
Whole Foods Market has a rating of 4.3 out of 5 based on over 3206 reviews on Google
This is a nice store with a great selection, especially in the produce section. The store is well stocked and everything looks fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have an Amazon return section, which is convenient. The deli and bread section are great, with a lot of prepared food options. However, the prices are on the higher side which is expected at Whole Foods. Parking is limited with a few spots on the ground level and more parking upstairs. The upper level parking is very tight even for my small Toyota Corolla which makes it tricky to park. Overall it is a good store with quality products and convenient services but parking can be a challenge and prices are a bit high.
Very strange experience at this Whole Foods tonight. I admit I came in looking insane. I’m talking socks with the birkenstocks, a ginormous sweatshirt, & unbrushed hair in a founding father ponytail. This is because all of my normal clothes are packed away in a suitcase because I have a flight at the crack of dawn and I also didn’t want to put on anything nice immediately after getting out of my scrubs, just to clean my house and return a defective product from Amazon. Walked in and went to the Amazon return machine. Since I’m at least semi-literate the process was pretty easy until it actually came time to put the return bag into the drop box. Opened the drawer, dropped my item in, but the screen would not tell me I’d completed my return until the drawer was closed. The problem was, the drawer simply could not close because the basket of returns was so full that it was blocking the machine from closing. I look to my left and there are three employees giggling and laughing and carrying on. This looked like a joyous affair. Unfortunately I was obliged to interrupt their merriment because I did not want Amazon to accuse me of not returning my item. I said, "excuse me?" And the girl employee acknowledges me. I say, "this can’t close because the pile of returns is too high." When I worked retail I met many people who were so ignorant that I was confused that they were allowed to have driver’s licenses. I understand the first instinct being to doubt a customer’s claim. But this felt like one of those things where you have to click all the tiles that depict bicycles in order to prove you’re not a robot online. She goes, "there’s probably something stuck in it." I peer in. "No, there’s not." I get hit with the stare you give a toddler when they poop their diaper right after you changed them. "Did you drop your item in?" "Yes." "Did you put it in a bag?" "Yes." "Did you put a sticker on it?" At this point I nodded because I felt like a broken record. "Okay, then it doesn’t matter. We’ll deal with it later." I gave the screen telling me to close the door a forlorn glance and walked off. I walked past several more employees. They were not as jolly as the Amazon return girl and her coworkers, and they seemed to be deeply anguished and angry at their lot in life. With all this being said I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner I grabbed from the hot bar and believe the price was fair.
Full-service supermarket of healthy foods and products. Well-displayed fresh produce. Great selection of fresh meats, chicken, and seafood. Full bakery with fresh breads and pastries. Extensive selection of cheeses, wines, and beers. Fresh deli sandwiches, pizza, Asian bowls, and sushi. Wide selection of freshly-prepared salads and hot food. Dining tables on the covered outdoor patio. Very helpful, courteous, friendly staff. Well lit, with soothing music. Very enjoyable shopping experience! Amazon shopping and delivery. Prices range from competitive to up to 27% higher than other supermarkets. Convenient parking behind the store and on the rooftop.
Amazing Catering at Whole Foods! Ordered two fruit platters and four trays of fruit tarts for a party and they were great. Received compliments for them days after the event. The tarts come in four flavors and all were delicious. The pick up experience was very convenient and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was easy to order the catering through the Whole Foods section on the Amazon app. Highly recommend!
My biggest complaint about this store is that it's not closer to downtown. There's so many nice things to choose from, including a huge selection of fresh salads, pizza slices and sandwiches. Lots of different Kombucha to choose from as well.
I usually will stop by to use restroom then purchase 1 or 2 soups with olives, pickled mushrooms and so on. This visit it was too early to get soups (before 10:00am) so I had to buy only olives… Pricy but deserves 5 stars for food quality and cleanness of the store!! Btw: for this trip I was amazed with the cake n sweet side!!!!
I really love Whole Foods. Honestly its one of my favorite places to eat lunch. Gone are the days of legit whole grazing as covid ruined that for everybunny🐰. Also the prices have just skyrocketed across the board for food in every space and every store and whole foods wasn't immune to that. I can barely afford to shop here but I still do. Make it make sense. 4 stars for the outrages price of groceries but if we are being real, its a 5 star establishment imo
