Stopped by this Vietnamese super market in Linda Vista area to get a box of yellow mangos and various Asian products. Interior was bright and clean (no Asian grocery smell and no smelly seafood odor). We haven’t been shopping at this super market for a long time because it was dark and smelly. However, now at a first glance, this place has expanded and increased their retail space and improved on cleanliness of the store space. Quite enjoyable to walk through the aisles to browse and shop. The seafood section is quite large with variety of fresh seafood. Employees for the seafood section are not the most friendliest people but provide adequate service. This market is good to get Asian products that are hard to find at other Asian markets.

Loved this Vietnamese supermarket. I was able to find everything I needed and even locally recognizable brands. The price was also reasonable. The meat section wasn't as robust as others I have been too, but it was sufficient.

Super careless and rude manner from the cashiers. Zero good customer service in this store. I go maybe a couple of times a year to stock up on things I like, and cant obviously find in western stores. They could learn a thing or two from Western and Japanese stores about customer service. Its only Vietnamese stores are like this! When I visit a Japanese store just a mile from here, the level of cleanliness, order, and kindness is consistently exceptional. The cultural differences are quite striking. Avoid buying packaged meat and fish here 🤢. The packaging dates are a mystery, and the quality is questionable 🧐. Thankfully, I stick to sauces, noodles, and fresh greens!

This place reminds me of the 99 Ranch back home. It has the spices, paste, and sauces I have been missing since moving to San Diego. Can't wait to make curry with real Lemongrass!

The staff always seems unhappy and unhelpful. I tried to purchase shrimp and ground pork at the counter, while the lady weight the ground pork I handed her the shrimp to be weight to get the pricing as well. She told me to go back and get in line again. It makes no sense why this couldn’t have been done when she is weighting my ground pork. Everyone there are just rude and not helpful.

Be careful when you shop here. I bought 2 packs of LoMein and Chow Mein fresh noodles and a box of rambutans. The noodles didn't have expiration dates on them. I thought they should be ok but within 2 days when I wanted to use them, they were moldy. I opened one and smelled mold and quickly checked the other pack and found the same thing. The box of rambutans was $30. The top layer was filled with red fresh rambutans. Upon opening the saran wrap, I found the bottom layers were black, moldy and rotten. I only ate about 7 good ones on the top. What a scam! Upon calling the store and asking for a refund they said that fresh food doesn't come with guarantees. So they can continue to sell rotting food to unsuspecting customers and it's perfectly fine!!! What BS!!

One of the finest Asian markets specializing in Vietnamese foods and products. Fresh meats, seafood and vegetables with many being of the organic variety... Highly Recommended.
