Terrible customer service. The cashier working at the first register was extremely rude. When we handed her cash, she snatched the money out of our hand. Throughout the interaction, she was watching TikToks with her phone on the counter and had AirPods in while working. The customer in front of us asked a simple question about tofu after paying, and before they could even finish speaking, the cashier yelled, "I don’t know!" There was no explanation and no effort to help, just yelling. I didn’t catch her name but this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope you take care of this issue moving forward.

Forced to sit at a large 8 people table when requested two 4 people table. Zero service from staff but got charged 18% auto add on tips. Many other pho Vietnamese restaurants to go to to avoid the scam. I repeat, zero service from staff and we had to pay 18% tip for their "hard work" stated on the menu. When is this tipping culture going to vanish from the only civilized country on earth? Isn't increased food price with decreased quality enough?

Good seafood and dry goods selection. The place doesn't smell as bad as other asian markets. Sometimes, the floor of the seafood department is like a wet market. Shop at your own risk! Their produce department is plentiful but sometimes they are not so fresh. It was persimmon season when I went and they had them on sale for $1.49 a pound. A few days later, they were $.99 a pound but there were lots of rotten ones. Wish they had gotten rid of them as it spoiled the good ones. Their hot food section didn't seem all that clean to me, and I refuse to buy anything from that department. Just like most Asian markets/stores, the people that work there are not accommodating and friendly. If you shop here, don't expect warmth. It's a good place to get your Asian basics.

This is the best spot to look for Asian snacks, it's really cheap and I've been buying lot of snacks, groceries for my family, and their Pho spot is also good too, recommend to try both places out!

Hot bar food items were good. Not overly salty and I appreciate that. Fair prices

Pretty good vietnamese supermarket for basic veggies and meats. They are similar to 99 ranch except they definitely have a limited selection of stuff. If you're looking for fresh fruits and veggies you most likely won't find everything you're looking for here. They carry the basics like apples, bananas, grapes, and oranges fruit wise. As for veggies, they have a bigger selection. You'll be able to find broccoli, green onions, red/yellow onions, pho greens, and lots of Chinese veggies like yu choy, or gai lan, etc. They have a meat department with lots of choices, price wise it's not too bad, however the meat sometimes is not super fresh or tasty. They did carry a large variety of vietnamese and french/american snacks, sweets, cookies, and cake mixes. They have lots of cup noodle varieties, asian sauces, fish sauce, and durian goodies. When we're too tired or lazy to go too far we come here for our shopping.

beware their seafood is not fresh. bought their "fresh" crab then found out it stinks so bad. will never buy their fresh seafood again
