Whole Foods is not my first choice when it comes to food-shopping, but I find myself visiting it occasionally when I know it carries something — e.g., bottles of Bulgarian yogurt — that I find it difficult to buy elsewhere. The Whole Foods at Trolley Square is an inviting, well-maintained store with a nice selection of products, some of them locally made. It's worth a visit even if only to do a bit of window-shopping, though, of course, it's hard just to look, when so many appealing items are there to be bought, like the Bartlett pears, honeycrisp apples, and carrots we bought there today.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to an employee who went above and beyond I’ve been looking for a specific chocolate bar brand after having this in Vegas and found out it was sold at Whole Foods. While in SLC, I made sure to stop in and get some. I ran in while my husband waited in the car for me but I forgot my phone. An employee asked what I was looking for on the chocolate aisle and I explained the type of bar I was looking for. (I had forgotten the brand name). He looked it up. He helped me locate it since it was in another area of the store, and not on the chocolate aisle. He was extremely kind, helpful, and made sure I got what I was looking for. (I can in Sunday at around noon, the employee was stocking shelves, dark hair, glasses and about 5’10). He was awesome!!!!

Whole Foods Market is an excellent place for high-quality groceries and fresh, organic products. The produce section is always bright and well-stocked with fruits and vegetables that look and taste amazing. The bakery and hot food bar are top-notch — perfect for grabbing a healthy meal or snack on the go. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes shopping enjoyable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you find what you need. While the prices can be a bit higher than average, the quality and selection make it absolutely worth it.

Super cool store to shop in! Very clean and many options to choose from! LOTS of organic and vegan options. Prices were kinda spendy, but they had some decent sales on products as well. Free, convenient, and undercover parking garage is a plus!

I go here often as the location is convenient and I'd love to give a great review but I just can't. It's very sad that the customer service is sub par and that it seems very much about status than the love of service and people. That being said the cooks and back of the house crew do a great job of preparing delicious and healthy foods that are usually well presented and tasty. The pizza guy is an Ace in the company's' arsenal of workers, always there and pizza is always outstanding. The customer service counter left me feeling like I should not bother getting up in the morning and the check out crew was even worse, I felt very much a lack of respect or regard at least three times through the check out and was treated as if I was not worth even listening to. I have spent more than I should of in this store with supplements and healthy food trying to get my health back on track and that I will say I am grateful for as the whole foods have helped me recover physically. I will say that whomever is training the customer service crew and management is lacking in love and compassion as I see this store is missing out on this extremely important key ingredient. I felt a bit like I was at a judgmental church. Communication seems off here, I asked a worker if he had a lock for the carts as they were blocking entrances and a man could not move one, he went to get it and came back with nothing and continued doing his job without communicating with me, I went to customer service to inform them and the young woman there said they can find another, I had to tell her that they were blocking the entrances and an old man was struggling to move one for her to get up with her machine that unlocks them immediately. The fact that she seemed bothered by my asking was what really struck me as odd. I hope more love gets poured into this store and it's people soon.

The employee wrapping flowers yesterday valentines morning between 9–10 a.m. was extremely rude and unprofessional. This behavior does not reflect the customer service standards I expect from Whole Foods.

I come here for the salad/hot bar mostly. They are really bad at refilling condiments. Thats my main issue here. I pay $20 for a box of vegetables, but then they are always out of Cholula packets. Also it would be cool if they switched up whats in the salad/hot bar sometimes but maybe thats a seasonal thing. In a nutshell, its overpriced and not usually worth it, but I keep coming here.
