I wish I didn’t throw the Kiwi away, bc the kiwi was literally the same. I thought maybe I could save this broccoli and that it was dirt. But as I’m looking closely at it, it’s mold bc it’s fuzzy. Then, I brake broccoli crown apart and it’s moldy all over mind you I just bought this on Friday as part of the Amazon grocery PICKUP. Are they trained to pick out the oldest produce?? So they can get rid of it bc this isn’t the first time. Everytime I Order for pickup it never fails and I have never left a bad review! All this goes to the trash without me complaining or taking it back bc there’s no point in driving 25 min away for one item. I usually spend over $150 when I go and I go to whole A L OT. In a month I spend somewhere between $400-$500 bc im on an all organic diet. In fact, it’s the only grocery store I go to. I finally went to save way and Raley’s and found that produce is MUCH CHEAPER for organic. If you guys are going to overcharge at least make sure the price matches the quality of the produce. For me it’s quality over quantity. With that being said, I’ll NEVER be going back to this store, again 🙂 or any Whole Foods.
This is a great place to shop, but parking can be a bit tricky. If you’re coming in from Eastern Avenue, it’s hard to get in because the Starbucks drive-thru entrance is right there and there’s usually a line of cars blocking the way. I recommend coming in from Arden Way instead. Even though it’s a fairly big shopping center, it’s still tough to find parking. But if you’re just stopping by quickly, there’s usually a 30-minute parking spot right in front of the store. The selection here is great, just like most Whole Foods. I love shopping here for their fresh organic produce. The staff is nice and there’s an Amazon drop-off area inside. They also have a few tables and chairs if you want to sit and relax for a bit.
This specific Whole Foods location is my favorite. They always have a wide selection of specialty items in stock and staff is always friendly and helpful. I personally love their salmon avocado sushi roll and purchase it several times a week. Their strawberry shortcake is my absolute favorite. They are also my favorite place to buy tulips, they last the longest and are actually quite affordable. Overall this location has lots to choose from and has a great staff.
I just bought what was supposed to be organic peaches for $2.99 per pound, and what a disappointment! They’re soft but completely lacking in juice—like chewing on a rag. I’m not driving 26 miles round trip to return them. Very disappointing. I won’t be buying fruit from Whole Foods again.
The Whole Foods Market on Arden Way and Eastern Ave is one of the oldest Whole Foods in Sacramento. But the store still looks very good and well organized. The employees there are always helpful and friendly. The only problem there is the parking lot is too busy and the parking spaces are very narrow.
Mis-labeling their product price on the shelf, and secretly charge more at check out. The staffs are rude in solving the problem. I feel they have a toxic company culture at this store. Customers to them are nobody. Facts: I bought 3 heavy wiping cream, which was labeled as for sale for $3.58/each with prime. Later I realized I was charged at $6.75/each, and yes, I have prime. The staffs manipulated the facts and was trying to cover.
Love this Whole Foods. Hate this parking lot! The entrance to the store is right next to an entrance to the parking lot and an entrance to a Starbucks drive-thru. Google Maps directs you to this very congested side of the parking lot. There is another corner of the parking lot that is nice and clear and easy breezy but it is not the point of entry that Google Maps directs you.
