MINISO USA

The Miniso in Arden Fair Mall is a popular store. I like the cute designs, little things, and gifts they carry there. This is a perfect store when I am looking for small gifts for younger kids or teenagers. The store is very colorful and so many different things that catch my attention. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

This was my first time in Sacramento, let alone at this miniso. The store was immaculate. It was easy to shop with a huge variety and lots of good prices. Even though i had a great time in the store, I was disappointed that I couldn't find. That being said... An employee named Mckayla and her store manager both went above and beyond to help me. They made a very positive and special memory for me. Thank you guys again so much! Next time we are back in Sacramento we will be swinging by again!

This is a cute and pretty large store inside Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento. It seems fairly new. I was here about 6 months ago and I do not recall this store being here. If you are really into Asian inspired toys like sanrio or anime then the stores for you. They have quite a large selection of items. Some are very reasonably priced and some are quite expensive. If you have a young girl who loves these sorts of things than expect to spend a lot of time and a lot of money here!

Horrible experience. Miniso is supposed to be a cute store, with great energy and vibes. The worker was so rude and not helpful at all. When a mistake was made when checking out she got mad and offended as if it was intentional. This is making me want to not support miniso anymore. I would rather buy taxed blind boxes than shop here. I love blind boxes but not that much to deal with that kind of customer service.

Miniso is such a lovely place but yet there was one employee the assistant manager she was a Asian girl with black hair her name i don't know. she was rude to me and my sister when we didn't know where the line started and I politely gave her a suggestion and said that they should put the sign lower because some people like myself and people that have neck problems are unable to see the sign and she proceeded to said "you should pay me more" I didn't respond because I didn't want to create conflict and proceeded to leave the store quietly but in the back of my mind I was confused because why would someone need to pay you for a suggestion. overall, miniso is still a great place, and they have very cute toy,plush toys, and many more.

I am so disappointed with the level of service I recently experienced. When I’m about to check out, I found the staff to be unhelpful, unapproachable, and noticeably unwilling to assist with basic questions or concerns. His grumpy demeanor made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.

Horrible customer service, not clean, a mess in the store boxes are everywhere. Staff are rude and make you seem like a nuisance for asking a normal question and prices for items is never shown.
