The Pottalam Chicken Biryani was an absolute delight. Cooked traditionally in a banana leaf, the biryani had a beautiful aroma and depth of flavor that stood out from the first bite. The chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, absorbing all the rich spices wonderfully. The omelet on top added a comforting and unique touch, complementing the biryani beautifully. The rice was fragrant, well-balanced, and cooked to perfection, with every ingredient coming together harmoniously. Overall, it was a truly satisfying and delicious experience — a must-try for biryani lovers who enjoy authentic flavors done right.

Discovered a gem! Authentic Guntur dosa, which we were urged to try as we wanted something spicy. They did not disappoint us. We also got the Chicken 65 biryani...so good. Loved this little gem. Its nothing fancy, a grocery store, with a side eatery but definitely worth the trip! Sunaina, the person who spoke with us was a delight and so friendly. On the 2nd trip ordered Goat suki biryani and it was fabulous, so authentic, absolutely loved it. I want to go back just for that! The AC has been fixed, so it was cool to sit and enjoy spicy food! Now we have to figure out excuses to drive down 1.5 hrs to enjoy this very authentic food! Wish they were closer to me and the luck!

I have been here for the first time. The food was the highlight, every dish had rich, authentic flavors without being too heavy. I especially loved the Apollo fish, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The spice level was just right, and the aromas were amazing. Chicken Majestic was ok but Chicken Biryani was good too. I really enjoyed visiting this place because it offers the best of both worlds — a clean and well-organized grocery section along with tasty dining options. Over all had good experience.

This is a great south Asian market located in Riverview/Brandon area for anyone interested in fresh vegetables as well as a variety Of South Asian grocery staples. It’s hard to find good Indian markets in this area and once we discovered unique, we have been using it regularly for the past 2 1/2 years. The prices are competitive and the staff is very friendly. Please check this lovely small business out and support them if you can.

Unique India Grocery started just a few years ago in Riverview when the diaspora was really wanting an Indian grocery store close by & now with Radhe restaurant started inside which has takeout and limited seating pumps out many of your favorites from Biriyani, samosas, butter chicken to Masala dosa and other vegetarian dishes, cook to order and it is delicious. The owner Sujatha is really hardworking and welcoming and i hope this store will continue to serve the community especially during these tough economic times.

This Indian Market is Amazing!! I haven't been to a spice market since August 2023 and I was so thoroughly impressed! I happened to be traveling through this town to pick up some Bunnies and I was Super Happy it was here! The closest one to me is an hour away anyway, so this worked out well! I cook with Tumeric, Guaram Marsala, Cumin, and Curry quite often, so I needed to restock. I'm THRILLED to have tried a few new items I was unaware of as well! The clerk was also very helpful and assisted me with finding a few items. Anyone close by the area or passing through definitely needs to take a peak and shop at this store! They have a freezer section and also fresh fruits and vegetables, along with standard merchandise and various items like Rudrashka Malas and jewelry.

Great place to satisfy your indian food cravings! Theres a nice market as well where you can get all sorts of indian snacks and groceries. Service is great too
