Whole Foods Market

Have shopped here for years and it's gone downhill since being bought by Amazon. Parking lot is a nightmare. Some staff are super helpful but most are downright rude. Just checked out and the cashier started shoving the next customers items down with mine while I was still bagging. He never spoke to me or acknowledge me. When I said this wasn't working that I was still bagging he said I could have asked for help. ???? Isn't he the one that's supposed to ask ME if I need help bagging??

Since Amazon took over, there's a lot less small company products and more mass produced ones and less of a selection. Good produce and fresh foods. A lot of drink choices 🤔. Bakery is ok. Prices are ok as well

Completely turned off and ended up walking out. The "butcher" was sweeping across the store with wet gloves and didnt even bother to change gloves to get the burgers I asked for. He went back to grabbing other things with the same contaminated gloves!! Absolutely disgusting.

Produce is fresh, lines are short or nonexistent, and parking is usually ok during the day. I can also find non-alcoholic beer here. I don’t get all my groceries here, but the organic produce is fresher than other stores.

This supermarket has gone downhill the last few years, it was my exclusive spot to shop. I understand it gets hectic during the holidays however they have enough staff to facilitate the demand. I was given the wrong catering order, was told to call the Amazon 1-800 #, smiled sarcastically & happy holidays. It’s back to Happy Thanksgiving btw. I went to the courtesy counter to complain, and the guy brings me back my chicken and tosses another roasted chicken at me. Does this look like Parmesan Herb crusted chicken to you? Looks like a growth. And they had the nerve to give me attitude after $ I’ve spent on this mediocre dinner? Instead of working with customers, they should be out collecting shopping carts in the parking lot. I don’t want to insult those guys because they’re actually pleasant.

Plenty of clean label grocery choices fresh, dry goods and frozen This store was exceptionally clean and staff was super friendly. This store had plenty of handicapped parking in front and back Well lit easy to navigate and an official Amazon return counter in the back by dairy

This smaller older whole foods market tucked into downtown Ridgewood has organic produce beautifully displayed, fresh and frozen seafood, a butcher, deli, bakery, cheese dept, hot prepared foods, sushi and salad bar, and a friendly little Allegro coffee bar (an alternative to Starbucks). There is an attached Whole Body shop with supplements, soaps, lotions, organic cotton clothing, and related specialty items. There is an Amazon locker where you can choose to have your Amazon orders delivered (not groceries!), and there are some items each week that are an extra 10% off for Amazon prime members.
