Pacific East Mall

The mall itself is fine I feel that they must improve the hygiene of the restrooms. I also feel that the management of this shopping center has leaned NOTHING from the recent pandemic. Hygiene is something very basic and it must be looked at on an ongoing basis. The men's restroom is wet everywhere and full of graffiti. Do I need to take pics of the toilets??

Ranch99 has nice Chinese food togo and exotic vegetables and Oriental foods. There are many interesting shops and restaurants. Never been there you better to try. Weekend is busy but enough parking. 👍

Absolutely enjoy coming here because of all the different shops located inside. From restaurants to 99 Ranch and everything in-between, this spot has it all. There's a Sheng-Kee, a Happy Lemon (one of my fav spots because of their lemon yakult with aloe), shops that sell anime merch, and plenty of restaurants to make your tummy happy. I really wish I remembered to go more when the restaurants are open. I always go too early and then can't eat, before I shop.

Good place for Asian restaurants, Chinese herbs, and more. There often seems to be a new restaurant opening or getting ready to open. Ranch 99 is the anchor here, selling Asian groceries, produce, prepared food, fresh/ live seafood, name it and they probably have it.

This review is for the mall management, not for the stores. The state of the mall's hallway is in bad conditions. There's flies in the hallway and the floors need some deep cleaning, it looks like someone just moped the dirt away. The restroom need some maintenance. Please clean it up

Love Pho Saigon 2 inside the mall on the far left side at the end. Delicious soup and rice plates. Great place to come here with friends on a cold, rainy day and warm up with some soup tea. Also, if you have a sweet tooth, there's some boba and bakeries inside that are good Delicious yet worth it.

Nice store with loads of asian stores. I love the cake shop across 99 ranch. This 99 ranch location seems to have more variety of fish compared to Sac area. Lots of restaurants to choose from.
