New Grand Mart

Found this place while looking for an Asian market, this place did not disappoint, it has everything you can think of. They have a large selection of meats, veggies and everything in between. I thought their prices were reasonable and they even had a restaurant inside which was delicious!! I will definitely be coming back!

That sounds like an interesting place to shop! I'm always on the lookout for new grocery stores with diverse options, especially those featuring Latin American products. I'm glad to hear they have a good selection of seafood and red meat as well. Honestly, the cashier's attitude can really make or break a shopping trip for me. I mean, a little friendliness goes a long way, right? Nobody wants to deal with a grumpy face when they're trying to buy groceries. Good customer service from the cashiers is essential for a positive experience. It's just basic courtesy that makes people want to come back!

Great experience! This store has the widest variety of international food in the area with really good prices ! The produce section is very fresh! Seafood too! I loved finding Brazilian items as we’ll Korean ones so I can try new dishes Highly recommend!

This is not your average grocery store + you might need to change your expectations. That said, it is an amazing experience into world foods. There are lots of vegetables that I did not recognize. I went in for very specific and spices and they had them, so I was quite pleased.

I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience I encountered during my visit to New Grand Mart this past Saturday. My intention was to procure a few essential grocery items. Upon reaching the checkout, an oversight led to an unintended payment method being used. My debit card was inadvertently swiped, and the transaction processed successfully. Recognizing my error immediately, I politely requested the cashier if it would be possible to reverse the debit card transaction and re-process the payment using my credit card, which was my original preference for this purchase. The cashier directed me to the customer service desk. There, I was met by an old man who, without any attempt at understanding or resolution, immediately adopted a highly confrontational and dismissive tone. He vociferously asserted that a refund was impossible once a payment had been processed, repeating that "a payment is a payment," regardless of the card type. Despite my repeated attempts to explain my rationale – that while both are payment methods, they serve different financial purposes for me – he remained intransigent. He then falsely claimed that store policy dictates all sales are final and that processing a refund would necessitate "double charging" His conduct quickly deteriorated from unhelpful to outright disrespectful. He proceeded to label my request as "ridiculous" in a public setting. This level of unprofessionalism and direct insult from a customer service representative was profoundly unsettling and entirely unacceptable. Beyond this frustrating encounter, I must also voice my concern regarding the general value proposition at New Grand Mart. I observed that many grocery items were priced at a significantly higher premium, estimated to be upwards of 150% compared to other intercontinental grocery stores in the vicinity. This, coupled with the store's dated appearance and a noticeable musty odor, further detracts from the overall shopping experience. Given the combination of abysmal customer service and questionable pricing, I regret to say that I cannot recommend New Grand Mart and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Awesome super market. I can count on finding all kinds of Asian food items. They also have a nice selection of produce such a lychee when in season along with items that can be found in a traditional super market.

After dropping the children off at school, I decided to stop by. Completely, change how I want to shop at this location. All items are fully stocked, fresh and aisles are clean. There’s no crowds early in the morning. If you’re shopping for fresh meat or seafood … visit early. There’s an array of Asian and Latin spices and goods.
