Woodman's Food Market

The cashier tried to overcharged me. It was clear she didn't want to deal with it so handed be to the customer service witch. I had asked the lady at the customer service desk to price check a jug of water. Instead of calling the grocery department she looks at a sheet of paper. 11.99. I said that is clearly not what the sign indicates. She goes "your not going to make me go to the display.". I asked her to explain the sale price. She stated she "had no idea". Now she calls the grocery department who confirmed I was correct. When I addressed the two managers, the service clerk replied "sorry, I would love to give you the adjustment.". 100% of my business is going back to Pick N Save. Pick N Save managers would never deal with this type of behavior. So far, this is been the worst Woodmans I've been to. Oak Creek is way better! I hope the Racine store catches up to Oak Creek. I would rather pay a bit more and get higher levels of customer service at other supermarkets.

I really like Woodman's. The place is huge. Lots of different options. Recently they've added a lot of vegan options in the Frozen department. Their produce is great. They have a lot of tofu options fresh bakery. The employees are very helpful

My 3rd trip was a nightmare. None of the items I looked up on the app showed which isles the products were in. Then I get to self-checkout only to find that Discover is the only credit card you can use there. The rest of us were required to stand in the ONE checker line open. Literally, if it weren't for the one thing I came for that I can't find anywhere else, I would have left the cart up front by the registers and walked out.

Great place to shop for groceries. An affordable store. Today we had several gallons if Spring water to check out at the self checkout and the employee came over and assisted without us asking so we didn't Have to lift it all by ourselves. Great service.

Prices are good, with the exception of meat. Their meat prices are high. Produce prices are great. Selection can’t be beat. It’s tough shopping here during normal hours because of how busy it gets. I started going at 5AM to beat the crowds, but I learned they only keep the self checkouts open at that hour. This is less than ideal because you have to wait for an attendant, anyways, if you have coupons. It also isn’t very fun emptying a cart full of groceries onto the scales/bagging area.

Big selection & good prices, but poor service & absolutely clueless/oblivious employees. Always long lines & never enough cashier's so you're always waiting at least 10 minutes in line before it's your turn. Their tap to pay still doesn't work, & they only accept discover if you're using a credit card. Looks like I'll still be going to festival foods for the lions share of my shopping.

We always stop at the new Woodman's in Racine when we visit family, or the one in Kenosha. So much less expensive than any Chicago grocery store prices (including Aldi!) and way more of a variety and selection of everything. Also, the gas is even less expensive than the Costco! Great, cheap ($12) car wash too! Love Woodman's!
