I recently had to return an item after discovering it contained lead, something I unfortunately didn’t realize when I bought it. It was a stressful realization, but Sandra at the customer service desk was absolutely incredible.. She handled the return with so much empathy and professionalism. Instead of making me feel like a "difficult" customer, she listened to my concerns, processed the refund immediately, and made a potentially negative experience very positive. It’s rare to find such high-quality service these face-to-face. Thank you, Sandra, for your help and for making me feel like a valued customer!

Great market. More expensive that other markets, but they have a good selection of bio and standard food. The pizzas there is very good. They have also a large options of food to take out.

LOVE this location and the stores in the same plaza! This location also makes it very easy to get in and out with Amazon returns. I live in the middle of this location and the one south of here on Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale and find the parking situation here is easier. Both locations are amazing regarding the service, fresh food, groceries, and Amazon returns. IMPORTANT: As a small woman, I was warned years ago about the dangerous issues going on at certain shopping plazas in Fort Lauderdale, NOT Pompano. This is the only store (in Pompano) I have ever shopped at where I felt unsafe and threated. I had a man approach me shortly after I walked inside to elaborately tell me how "beautiful I was" but my gut feeling said otherwise with this person's intensions. You can clearly see that I am married btw with my rings and this man did not seem blind, drunk, or on drugs. After politely saying thank you and wishing him a good day, this man followed me around the store. After watching him walk past me down a third isle making his presence known, I went up to the first employee I saw and told her what had happened. This employee did not miss a beat and had security called immediately. She helped me finish my shopping as if nothing had happened and had one of their larger male employees walk me to my Jeep. I can not tell you how many times I shopped here because it was so many and NEVER had a bad experience like I hope no one ever does. The one time I did, I am so grateful it was here because I am here and thanks to the employees, I left without feeling unsafe. I have never seen that man again either since this has happened.

Have always come here for groceries but had never given myself the opportunity to eat here, and I regret not doing it before. The food is the best, great flavor and fresh. Definitely will eat here again. 😋😋😋

Lovely lady named Crystal from West Virginia works in the whole body department unbelievable personality great employee knows her stuff and was very influential and helping me. Thank you for having such beautiful, hard-working, understanding, compassionate employee, name Crystal.

I know I was early but I ordered a can drink and a fruit bowl, there's no reason why I should wait at the desk for a whole hour. Like you can just send someone and grab the can and fruit bowl, ill even go grab it my self. Never doing that again.
