New Young's Oriental Grocery Store

The products are great and tasty. A perfect local grocery store with authentic international food. With many varying options to choose from. My only suggestion is to clean the place up, put empty boxes to the back, and place prices on items so it doesn't surprise people when they are checking out. I certainly did not expect the 3 packs of 2 cut rolled cakes to cost me $17.

But a handful of goodies. Mostly some snacks, some frozen wontons. Things like that. I bought a pastella cake And it was moldy the next day.

Great little local shop! The selection of everything from the fresh produce, culturally specific items, fun snacks, to home goods are all really great. Ask the staff if you need specific recommendations for something you're cooking but are new to Asian dishes. They're very sweet and helpful. 🙂

Great selection! Not the best at marking prices, but it’s not enough of a hassle to lower my rating. I went in mostly to buy sauces for a Korean dish I was making. They had everything that I needed and it was fun to peruse a bit for the future as well! Excellent location and decent prices for the area.

[UPDATED: I decided to give this store another shot and i was positively surprised at how different the service was this time around. Very friendly and helpful. Hence i have edited the rating to reflect this, from 1 to 4 stars.] DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! The 2 ladies working in the store are extremely unfriendly, followed me around like i was about to steal something, absolutely offended. Didn't even bother to smile or acknowledge when i greeted them. I think my money is better spent supporting the Panda Supermarket, nearby up on Forbes. I had to give a star so i gave 1, but i would have liked to give 0.

For a small store, they have everything! We love to come here and try new things as well as stock up on Korean ingredients. Good prices and a good selection of many items. They also have a good Korean cookware section.

Great selection of Korean goods and priced really well. Homey and complete as well as they take multiple forms of payment. They also have lots of frozen fish and food cuts of meat in the back.
