Hung Vuong Food Market 恒发超市

My favorite market to go to. They have a great selection of produce, meats and seafoods all good great prices. They just re did the whole store so it looks great in there, and the amount of new things I find in there all the time. It's my favorite thing to do, go and see what new stuff I can find this time. I absolutely love trying new Asian cuisine and treats, and this market has been my go to place for everything I've ever needed to make or by what I wanted 💜

Accessible entrance is blocked with overstock. Perimeter is surrounded with pollards that make entering with any mobility aid impossible. Neither fire marshal or ADA compliant. All so they don't have to have an employee bring in carts from the parking lot 😮‍💨

The produce lacks freshness, defective items are sometimes not removed promptly, and prices are on the high side. Compared with another Chinese supermarket nearby, this one is not very well-regarded.

It's cool to see a complete Asian market but that's about it. The staff here are very, very rude. They do not greet you or make you feel welcome. Kindness, manners & a smile is free. So why do they act like intruders. I'm not of Asian descent so you would think they would treat you better. They don't. Not a good experience at all. Also, how do you sell rotten tomatoes.
