Vicente's Supermarket

I really used to like this store its very convenient for me and my family but for the last couple months I have had to go back and return or exchange different foods like bread, tortillas, cookies & yogurt because they were expired. Makes me really disappointed because thats something they should be doing is checking their shelves daily. What also makes me distraught is that they don’t even care because they just tell me to grab another one and make sure to check the expiration date which means they do not remove the expired items.

Excellent Baccalau!! My cousin loved the Fish Catchupa (I prefer the meat one)!! The market does a great job of representing many countries/culture on the shelves ⭐ It's my first time here and it's really well organized and clean, plus the staff is friendly and bilingual. I will definitely return to try more food. My only complaints are: no tissue in the restroom and the Risoijj she gave me had to be from the day before because all 4 were hard and put 2 in the trash because they were burned too.

I love the store and products but the cashiers(the ones that I have encountered with) are just rude and unpleasant. They never greet, acknowledge or thank me for shopping there. Some don’t even look at you in the face when handing out your receipt. It’s a bit uncomfortable, I would much rather go to a self checkout.

Full service fish monger and butcher were appreciated. The prices on meats and fish were good and reasonable too. They have more options than most supermarkets including oxtails and goat. Produce was fresh though a bit more expensive than other places. They have a ready to eat hot food but don't have signs for the prices or labels for the options so I wasn't comfortable ordering.

First of all , I would like to say i've been shopping at vicente since they have opened up their first store in brockton. As a customer for very long time I feel like vicente has always robbed the community. You may ask me how by hacking the prices, by giving less Then what we pay for. Today.I had a awful experience when I went To buy some chicken wings. The server had told me that I'm not allowed to pick the pieces. I wanted and I replied, I won what I want. I'm allowed to pick what pieces of chicken I want she refused to give me what I wanted. And insisted to give me the piece that only have bones. I refused. we back-and-forth for 5 minutes. I walked away with only 5 pieces of chicken. I when to complain at the customer service. I wad told that the customer cannot pick the what we want because that's how they buy it. Therefore, they have to sell those pieces. what a ridiculous statement. Also I bought a rice that I ended up leaving it behind because I didn't get enough rice for the price. And I will stole that I'm not allowed. Or customers are not allowed to pick what they pay for enough of Robin people Vicente enough.firat

You can find a wide array of international foods. The hot food counter features fresh, authentic Cape Verdean cuisine at a reasonable price.

The staff is generous and the food kinds are clean and fresh for human consumption. The store is clean and smells nothing close a butcher's shop. Maintenance is great!!!
