Great selections of Asian foods. Most of items are cheaper than every Asian stores around my house. Excellent customer service, fast and reliable delivery service. The delivery guy was very friendly and caring about the packages. Easy ordering process with big discount for first time buyer. Minimum order ($50) for free delivery is a lot lower than the other websites ($99) I love this company and will come back for more. I also share their website with my friends and community. I ordered some snacks online for the first time from this store to be delivered to my place. I loved the snacks. However, I had very unpleasant experience with the delivery process. The delivery man who spoke very little English couldn't locate my apartment because he could not understand my direction to find my apartment. He got really angry and yelling and pointing finger at me and threw the box on the ground when finally I was able to locate him in my apartment complex. I feel that they need to select their employees carefully and not to hire someone with poor customer service and bad attitude like that. I am kind of hesitate to order again from this store with this horrible experience.

I found their online store when looking for Asian snacks, I was surprised they had extremely cheap prices (especially for Instant Ramen) and that they had free shipping in my area. I ordered a whole bunch of stuff and they called me asking for exact delivery date and time. Which were very nice, and they practiced safe delivery right to my door.

I was living next door to their townhouse in Vienna. Now I saw their shop. It is not a grocery store. It is a little warehouse that they only deliver to your house. Food might be contaminated. I drive 26 miles to Thai Shop in Springfield VA which is a Thai market with hood price

Ordered Thai quality prawn paste, where we could not find locally. Ordering service was painless and all items delivered and well packed ! We will be back for additional purchases, appreciate the wonderful attention to details !!!

This place is disgusting! Apparently, they do not have bathroom and their employees (and maybe owners too)urinate just in a parking lot and trash bins that is next to their store. Use your imagination and answer the question if they wash their hands before returning to work.
