Irvine Ranch Market

Wanted a quick and easy lunch for myself and kids, and the deli here was perfect! Kids enjoyed a massive slice of cheese pizza ($4) and I had a really good Godfather submarine ($15) with a side of pasta salad. Ate at the tables inside. Very clean store with lots of nice produce, easy grab and go snacks/ food, and wine among other things. Would return here for lunch if I find myself back!

Their sandwiches are such a great value and delicious after a paddle board ride around the island! The Pastrami and vegetarian Treehugger are awesome! We paddled through the boat harbor to get these sandwiches! You can check out the route we took on our YouTube channel Hikebytes we give you the location where we started which was an adventure with a fun reward at the end at the Irvine Ranch market!!!

☆☆☆☆☆BEST! BURGER! EVER! ☆☆☆☆☆ WOW! What an amazing taste it had. And the fries were perfect! Crispy on the outside, and warm and cooked too perfection on the inside! AND THE PRICE! $7.00 for burger and fries! Amazing!

Love it all! Great employees! Great prices! Amazing looking produce. Breakfast and lunch items are all delicious. So happy with the upgrade to the island!

From salads to hot foods to drinks and other items, this is the best-stocked market on the island.

Fantastic small market on Balboa Island. Excellent selection of beer and wine. Wonderful deli. Good coffee.

Love this place. First time coming here and it won’t be my last. Service is good and the place is clean
