Get your hot pot/shabu shabu meat from here!!! This has become our go-to shop for meats, the quality is always incredible and the marbling on the meat is always beautiful. I’ve already been here 7-8 times, and the man who runs the shop is so kind. He will happily answer any questions and he has almost everything you need for hot pot. Grab soup bases, meat, shrimp paste, noodles, fish balls and sauce here, and head over to 99 across the street for veggies!! I highly recommend getting all your hot pot needs from this place!

Came here after reviewing other reviewers praising this establishment. This store is located in a small strip mall with decent parking. Went here specifically to check out their shabu shabu meat as well as other items. The folks working here were really nice and they thinly slice the meat in the back of the store so you can purchase the quantity that you need. They sell beef, chicken, pork and lamb meats as well as other hot pot items like seafood, noodles, sauces. $7 a pound or $20 for three pounds for lamb and beef slices.

One of the best things to make during the cold weather of fall and winter is homemade hot pot and this is the place to get almost all your ingredients. They have a smashing deal on thin slices of hot pot beef at $19.99 for 3 pounds fatty beef slices (see picture), and 2 pound lean beef. The also have lamb and pork as well as fish balls, pork filled balls, soup bases (tomato, herbs, and spicy), noodles, and more. The only thing lacking is vegetables. Parking in the area is plentiful. Favorite place to get frozen meat for hot pot in large quantities at affordable prices. They have a great selection, including different kinds of beef, lamb, pork, and fish. The staff are friendly and helpful. Located close to the 99 Ranch, it’s convenient enough to stop by here for hot pot meat instead. The store is organized with a series of meat freezers, each clearly labeled with what's inside. There’s a parking lot that is typically 50-75% full, depending on the time of day.

Thinly sliced beef at 28.99 for 3 pounds. Great price. Great for hot pot, kbbq, cheese steak sandwiches, Owner speaks English. Many other different sliced meats like prime beef, pork.

Best place to get thin meat and soup bases for hot pot at home! Owner speaks mandarin but items also have tags with names in English. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.

It's a small shop in the plaza but the have great ingredients for shabu. They carry soup base, seasoning, meat, noodles, and other misc items. They don't carry vegetables though. Luckily there is a market across the street for that. The store owners look like a mom and pop and are very nice and helpful. It didn't seem like they spoke much English but enough to be helpful.
