H-E-B plus!

That have everything you need from gourmet meats to traditional ingredients for daily cooking. The bakery is awesome and the hot kitchen is great for on the go. Has pre-packed sandwiches and meals plus an indoor store for shopping for a special gift. The flowers are always fresh and the produce is great. The deli is always stocked and staff offers great service. Always has items on sale. Love my HEB!!

Visiting from Kentucky for a wedding. We needed groceries for 4 days for a larger group. We chose HEB plus! What a HUGE supermarket. It was very, very clean and organized. Shelves were well stocked and there was a large variety of items in each category which was nice. Store was busy, but never felt crowded. Wish there were H•E•B stores in KY.

Shop at HEB and very disappointed with some of the front end workers. They are just there talking and laughing among themselves gossiping. Some cashier s are left alone to do all work while most of the others are all grouping during break or lunch I mean does the whole front end all punch out at once? Noticed this in some other departments to.That leaves other workers with a bigger load of customers. Where are the managers in all this and why are they allowing this to happen or are they going along with it.Theres also a lot of things being kept quiet in that store about employee affairs etc etc. Why is this being allowed? This is supposed to be a professional work environment not a pick up joint. Another thing I've noticed over time as a customer is if some customers mistreat some workers because they don't know Spanish or English fluently . Well one thing I am going to say is that's why the workers should work as a team and help each other out in these situations and not cause certain workers to lose their job over language barrier s. That's is very wrong from both customers and employees both. All this nonsense needs to rectified. Where's the director and ops leaders in all this where's the so called support.? According to HEB people matter.

Received my Valentine's Day bouquet of flowers delivered from HEB Plus from the Blooms department. These pictures don't do them justice, They are all Beautiful. I loved my bouquet, Ronnie and her team are the best. They do Beautiful work, Thank you 😊

I have no complain at all from H.E.B. plus. On my recent visit was able to buy this medicine previously denied to purchase at Wal.... And at H.E.B. they just asked for the prescription, my passport and voila, issue solved. Regarding the store, I like more H.E.B. but only in terms of supermarket. I mean fruits, vegetables, salads, bakery, deli.. for stuff like that I like it more than any other store.

If I could leave zero stars , I would. Happy thanksgiving everyone. Today I went to this HEB to buy the preparations for today’s special day , of course I grabbed a carbenet saugvinon and white wine . I have bought alcohol beverages various of times in this same location. For some strange reason, this cashier simply looked at my ID and went to ask some other employee something and came back to me saying that she will refuse to sell me the product I was going to buy. I was confused and a bit upset since all stores were about to close. I asked why and she just said "it looks different".
