I really appreciate the subtle but thoughtful updates to the store’s interior and the excellent customer service. The new owner is clearly putting his heart into the place — you can see him seamlessly juggling back-of-house tasks while still taking time to chat with customers. He’s genuinely engaging, respectful, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience that much better. I tried a few of the deli items and everything tasted fresh and house-made (whether it actually is or just feels that way, I couldn’t tell — and that’s a compliment). I enjoyed them enough that I’m already planning to come back soon to try some of the specialty menu items. Honestly, I might even swing by again today. The selection isn’t huge, but it’s smart: the owner seems to pay close attention to what customers actually want and rotates items only when demand drops. That kind of thoughtful curation is refreshing. The store was spotless, too. Overall, really impressed — I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit. P.S. just a side note: the owner knows Lao, understands Issan-Thai dialect and Thai and of course English. Perhaps he knows other languages like Hmong, too. 🙂

The cashier was nice enough to help me carry my bag of rice to the car for me. It was a nice little grocery store. I love how all of the produce had big prices taped onto them. I even got a Grand Opening Day discount! I was surprised by that. I even got some points for my Clover app. 🍀 😁

I was hungry, and I wanted to take some rice 🍚 to go without having to order in a restaurant and I was glad to find Chan market. Initially , I couldn’t find many carry out items, but they were all towards the front of the store and there’s a list of days of the week items Today (Friday) was the beef, broccoli and rice. The dish was extremely flavorful with onion and green bell pepper 🫑 and hit the spot.

I love this place sooooo much! One time i ordered an egg roll and i wanted rice so bad with it so one of the employee in the back sold me their lunch rice 😩 sooo nice. The lunch rice box is phenomenal they are always so good. I recommend the pepper steak rice box. The premium egg-rolls are the bomb. Everyone is super nice. David does a great job up front. The sesame balls are to die for and the banh mi. Would come back and always recommend this place. I love it so much.

Great welcome to the store first time been there, they have fresh vegetables an all Asian species,sauces meat sea food an many more products i wish would take pictures of they inside clean an tide. I'll be back!!

They have the purple yams that I have a hard time finding anywhere. 🙏 Also the layout makes sense. The place smells like nice spices. The only downside is the place is small and it's a tight squeeze if you're not the only person in an aisle.

For about ten years now we have been coming from Eden Prairie to buy a few hard to find items (the big Asian Market in EP doesn't even have them). Also prefer to give Chan Market the business. Staff have always been super helpful. GREAT egg rolls for a bonus!
