The meat and seafood departments at this Whole Foods are excellent. I’ve had multiple great experiences with the staff—they are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to customize cuts exactly the way you want. They also clean the seafood very thoroughly, which I really appreciate. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and great service truly stand out. Highly recommend!

Amazing Delivery Service through Amazon. We have never ordered groceries before. Felt it was an indulgence. So blessed that the day before Thanksgiving we put an order in. A huge relief for us. The delivery was so quick, the young man who delivered our groceries was extremely fast and polite. Really felt great time was taken to pick every item with care. Loved that each bag was sealed. The quality of the items was amazing. In awe, very grateful and feel like we started a brand new relationship. A two hour window/also updated via mobile. Can you tell we are happy!!! Very!!

I love this store and shop here multiple times a week. However, it has one major flaw. Before covid, you could enter on the left or the right. During covid, they changed this so that you can't enter the store on the left where the Amazon returns station and restrooms are. This means that if you simply have an Amazon return, or need to use the restroom before you begin shopping, you have to walk all the way to the completely far side from those areas on the right to enter the store, then loop all the way back over. I'm sure they think they're making more money by forcing people to look at more products, but it really just makes me come in annoyed and less likely to spend money on new products because it's just so ridiculous. It's also far more dangerous for older people, people with disabilities, and families with small children, as they're exposed to more traffic, plus when it's freezing or hot or raining or snowing, the customer has to endure more of the weather. Please Whole Foods, we all give you so much money. The least you could do is change the left exit only back to an entrance/exit. I promise people with Amazon returns are going to buy products anyway. You want happy customers entering your store, not ones that you've already irritated by inconveniencing and possibly endangering them before they've even stepped inside. There is no reason not to change this back to the way it was. Also, I agree with many other reviewers about the hot bar. It's deplorable. They should just get rid of it rather than keep it in the shameful state it's currently in. Everything else is good though.

Great food store. We shop for awesome bread, cookies, fruits, and vegetables. The last time we came in we also made our own fresh orange juice - no juice better than that! We shop often at Whole Foods. The fruits and vegetables here are always fresh and of the best quality, as also the bread.

The best part in this store is ALWAYS fresh flowers, coffee beans and baked goods!

The first time I’ve been here in several years and came to return an Amazon item. Think I’ll go back when I have more time. Wonderful selection. PROs: Large store Huge organic choices Hot bar with many choices Salad bar with fresh ingredients Cookie selection bar Mediterranean bar Cold salads such as egg salad, potato salad, etc. Freshly made pizzas that you can purchase by the slice or whole 18 inch pie Tables out front so that you can purchase food and relax and eat it there Good choice of cold drinks Dessert choices of all kinds Dry aged beef section aged in house– first time I’ve seen that in a grocery store Huge selection of all sorts of fresh seafood types. One of the largest I’ve seen in Louisville Equally large selection of meats Excellent produce section and well displayed Store is very clean Very friendly people Amazon return section in the wine area Plenty of parking out front with easy access No plastic bags, just paper, similar to Trader Joe’s CONs: Prices are higher than other groceries although they did have a few items on sale The way I would like to see more. Of course the quality is higher as well on many of the items that they sell There may be some discounts for Amazon prime customers although I’m not sure how that works. Will check it out
